We had a truly outstanding experience working with Brandon for the first time. From the moment we walked in, his gracious and welcoming demeanor put us at ease as my wife wasn't sure what she wanted. Brandon took the time to truly understand what we were looking for, never making us feel rushed or pressured. His extensive knowledge, coupled with remarkable patience, guided us seamlessly through the selection process. Thanks to his thoughtful approach, we found the perfect timepiece--one that my wife genuinely loves. Brandon's professionalism and care turned this into a memorable and enjoyable experience. As for the boutique, we were impressed by their courteous staff and, of course, their wide selection of beautiful, well-crafted, and exceptional timepieces.

My husband and I first met Nina at the Shreve & Co. boutique in San Francisco over two years ago, before it closed. At the time, we were planning our wedding and weren’t financially ready to purchase a timepiece. Five months after our wedding, we were finally ready to buy my first-ever timepiece and add to my husband’s growing collection. We decided to visit the Shreve & Co. Rolex boutique in Palo Alto since it’s closest to home — and to our surprise, Nina had transferred there too! She welcomed us warmly, even without an appointment, and helped us build our wishlist. She even followed up afterward and scheduled another appointment to make sure we had the opportunity to share all the details of the pieces we were looking for. Nina let us try on several watches, including ones similar to those on our wishlist, just to help us get a better idea of what we liked. During that visit, we also got to know Maria, and the entire team made my husband and me feel so welcome. They always offered us water and made sure we were comfortable — their service truly went above and beyond. About three months after our first visit, we received a text from Nina about a timepiece she thought my husband might be interested in: the Submariner Date, Reference 126610LV. She even emailed a photo of it — we were in shock to be offered such a highly sought-after piece! Of course, we said yes right away. We paid in advance through a secure link, and the transaction was quick and smooth. We made an appointment to pick it up the very next day. Tiffany welcomed us with drinks and chocolates. Nina led us to a comfortable seating. She took the time to resize the watch perfectly to fit my husband’s wrist. Nina even offered champagne to celebrate — though we politely declined since we had work afterward. She just provided us such exceptional service from the beginning. I can’t wait to build my watch collection with her! This boutique has become our happy place. The team is always cheerful and full of positive energy. Whenever we're at Stanford Shopping Center, we make sure to stop by and say hi. Despite their packed, back-to-back appointment schedule, they always find time for us. Update: July 10th

Visited Michelle 5 months later after being away for awhile due to Visa issues. I was welcomed with great service at this new Rolex Boutique, as always when I arrived on a great summer day.

Michelle as aways is very attentive to all details. She always punctual, and always preparing for my visit well ahead of time by ensuring all my credit cards work ahead of my arrival & all payments had went thru to prevent embarrassment on my part, hours before I even arrive at this swanky, tall-ceiling, well lit, Swiss-designed modern-newly renovated beautiful Rolex Boutique, tucked amidst the beautiful Stanford Shopping Mall ever-blooming beautiful gardens.

By the time I arrived, Michelle is already at the door waiting for me, and ushered me to a private room to view my watch, paper, boxes, bag. Invoice, receipt are already ready for review, watches, folders, booklets are nice spread-out for detailed-viewing & hands-on check, which show how good Michelle is.

Michelle with her great care, offered me the new Rolex chocolate & bubble drinks, which I am so happy to receive on a hot summer day in July.

Michelle also took time to slot all the documents, sleeve, cushion, hand tags, bezel protector & watch, one by one, while showing me every item are nicely tucked inside the triple-boxes & Rolex bag, to assure me nothing is amiss. I don't even need to bother to check anything as I'm 1000% Michelle has taken care of everything with great detail.

More crucially as I have pointed out in my previous visit, Michelle also removed her rings to ensure my watch are not scratched & always don felt-gloves when handling clients's old or new watches, at all times, to prevent twirls lines.

Michelle also patiently showed me all the latest 2025 Land Dweller 36 & 40mm ERG & SS and Oyster Perpetual Pistachio 134300 releases, which was released in April & exhibition models only arrived in May, even when I already took almost an hour of her time, well beyond our 30min time, as I was always too careful (OCD), LOL!

July 10th is truly a great day for me & I am so thankful for Michelle, Thor & Rolex Shreve & Co team for letting me visit and own more beauties from your Boutique, which is fast becoming the new Mecca for Rolex enthusiasts in Bay Area.
