Came here with my sons iPhone which needed the screen fixed ( it was powered on when I handed it to the tech). Tech opened the phone started working on it and then started speaking with another customer about an iPad, started back working on my phone then said something burned her in the phone. She put the phone together then says the battery is defective because it won’t charge ( how when I brought the phone in with power) I say okay switch the battery, she sells me “new” battery for $55 with screen ($85) with tax$149. I turn the phone on, “new battery” only on 15%! I get to the car to charge the phone and it won’t charge and it’s hotter than hot. So I Come back in show then that it won’t charge and let them know it’s overheating on the charger even though it’s not charging, and they say my phone has water damage EVEN THOUGH THE WATER DAMAGE INDICATOR IS STILL WHITE but they say there’s some rust in there so it has to be water damage (phone was never dropped in water EVER . Then they tell me they will refund my money BUT I have to pay them $35 because they serviced the phone THAT THEY JUST BROKE . Because it was fine other than needing a screen replacement. And threatened to keep my phone unless it’s paid. Don’t go here they are...

I am so grateful for the speedy repair of only 15 minute service. I was out of my phone for over a week and I was unsure of whether it was water damage or display was Bree and the technician was able to let me know the immediate problem and I was guarantee that it will get fixed before I made a purchase. The step-by-step process of repairing my phone was down in front of me and I made a difference I was able to see how he took off my phone repair gave me a new display screen and took care of my phone off for $165 what was 176 with tax. Demitro was very personable and was extremely helpful. My screen was broken before it got rained on so I was suppose to get it fixed. But it did not until I could not use it anymore. So I was forced to get it fixed and I am so grateful. Thank you for having a service so close to me. If my phone did not have water damage I would of received a three year warranty for the repair....

I brought my phone in because the screen was stuck on a picture and I couldn't swipe to unlock the phone. When Nur Alam took the case off the phone, he noticed a crack in the upper right corner. He said it would cost $120 and I said ok. He heated the back of the phone up, removed the back of the phone, removed 4 screws, wiggled a wire which turned the battery off, replaced the screws and put the back of the phone on and turned it on. I then entered my pass code and handed him the phone. He then went to his website and handed my phone back and on the screen it said "Write a Google Review". After I declined, he said "That'll be $100". A $100 FOR WHAT?! He removed 4 screws, wiggled a wire and put the cracked back, back on the phone. I really feel like I've been ripped off. He said it was Company Policy but couldn't provide a Company Policy when i requested to see it. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS...
