Ulta is the WORST COMPANY I have ever ordered from. They have the worst Customer Service. They do not care about their customers. I have contacted them daily regarding an order I placed online on 1/26/2021. The order was over $200.00. They do not sell Mac & several other products I wanted in the stores. I had to order online. The order was supposed to be shipped via UPS and arrive on 2/3/21. I stayed home all day on 2/3/21 to receive my order. I checked online and the order tracking information stated that it was sent UPS to the local post office to be delivered on 2/3/21. I am signed up for USPS notifications via email. I receive an email daily advising of any packages or mail being delivered to me by USPS each day. My Ulta order was and still isn't listed on my USPS Notifications. After the mail ran, I checked the tracking information and the order was updated as delivered and left at my front door at 2:39 pm on 2/3/21. I contacted Ulta immediately advising that I had NOT received the order even though the tracking info stated that I had. I was told by two reps regardless of whether I had USPS Notify and the order in the Ulta order tracker stating it was delivered to my front door at a specific time and date, that due to postal delays, I had to wait 3 business days past the delivery date to contact Ulta! I was told by a 2nd rep that my order would be reshipped to me after the 3 business days. I checked with all my neighbors. I attempted to contact the USPS and file a claim. USPS required Ulta to file. I emailed Ulta, after the 3 business days to advise still did not receive my order. I was advised the USPS stated the delivery was completed on 2/3/21 and left at my door at 2:39pm. Ulta advised that they would not replace my order or file a claim with the USPS for my order! They advised to reply to the email for further issues. Each time I replied to the email, I received the EXACT SAME reply as the original email. Ulta never addressed anything in my replies. I got the same response from calling them and on their chat line. I went to their Facebook page and read several others posting with the same complaint as mine. Several posts within the last few days or less! Ulta stole their money as well. I also read several other complaints on various review sites about the same issue as mine. Ulta is "Ulta Shady" & "Ulta scammers". I will never shop online or in their stores again!...

I went to Ulta on the morning of March 15th at 9:00 a.m. with my fiancĆ©e, who had an appointment at the salon to get her hair done before our wedding shower. Although the retail portion of the store didnāt open until 10:00 a.m., the salon was open, and we were there as paying customers.
As I always do, I walked her to the back for her appointment, helped get her checked in, and stayed nearby in the salon area. She realized she had forgotten her hair bow in the car, so I stepped out to grab it for her. When I returned and headed back toward the salon, a manager named Renae Cooper called me out loudly and publicly in front of several employees, saying in a demeaning tone, āHey kiddo, you can't be walking back and forth in our store.ā
She approached me, walking fast, with a stern, aggressive look, and I calmly explained I was simply helping my fiancƩe by bringing her, a bow, she needed for her appointment. After explaining, Renae promptly opened the door and motioned for me to leave. Despite the fact that I was just inside the salon as active, paying client, and the one covering the cost of the service.
To make matters worse, shortly after, Renae sent an employee into the salon area to yell, āI donāt know whose boyfriend that was, but he canāt stay here.ā This was said loudly in front of all the stylists and customers an incredibly unprofessional move that made both me and my fiancĆ©e feel embarrassed and disrespected.
The entire experience was humiliating and confusing at no point was I informed that I had done anything wrong, and I was treated as if I was a threat, not a customer.
For the record, I donāt normally write negative reviews. This is only the second one Iāve ever posted. But I believe that calling out situations like this matters, not just for us, but for future customers who deserve to be treated with respect, kindness, and love. We pray and bless those that wronged us but until trust has been restored Panama City Beach Ulta has lost...
