Wouldn’t recommend. The manager (purple hair) was very rude and the employees lack common knowledge. When asked about the price of a product the employee had no knowledge. I proceeded to ask for a “pup cup”( whip cream) and she told me it would be $7 for a shot cup filled with whip cream. Overall a 0/10 experience.

Update. I love when businesses try to get on here and respond in an arrogant way when I THE POTENTIAL customer can express to whoever I want to stay far away from you establishment that you provided terrible customer service. I’m a vlogger… did she not see the camera in her face ? I could’ve posted her face on here. This is an amazing place! I became severely allergic to milk protein later in life, so ice cream parlors became something I just couldn't enjoy any more. My daughter discovered Curly Cream had vegan ice cream (milk-free) and I decided to give it a try. It was fabulous! It tasted just like the real thing! It almost brought me to tears, I was so happy to finally be able to eat ice cream on the beach with my daughter again. The young man was very polite and took my allergy seriously, letting me know they would clean the area and utensils before making mine. I will absolutely be back and recommend anyone visiting PCB and locals to give them a try! This was the best ice cream...

I don’t know what that was but it was not ice-cream, more like just heavy cream and a topping mixed in. Honestly, you think it’s mesmerizing watching the gentlemen mix & chop but all they’re mixing is some heavy cream w/your “add in”. A few bites in, I had to stop eating it, it was making my stomach upset. Last thing, I wasn’t going to mention but I feel I should, the woman at the register was not kind at all, no reply when I said hi.
