I am not ok with this store. Every time I go in I get a feeling that I am not wanted in the store, like I'm interrupting something important. I ask for help it's like pulling teeth to get someone to assist me. I am between sized at the moment and have to return/exchange items that don't fit properly and every time I come in I get the feeling the staff is like "Oh, it's her again" and I get so sick at even the thought of having to enter that store. Last time I was there, another guest was wanting to switch an item out for another item that was a little more expensive and not even for the sake of good customer service, the blonde manager wouldn't accommodate her. I guess money is more important than making a guest happy so they would be more likely to come back to the store. Even though this situation did not even happen to me, I was so disgusted by the way the staff was treating this lady I left and have absolute zero intentions...

Kept asking for my phone number, needed my address for the return (which I'm not used to),and then laughed when I said I don't run into places that ask for my address when I'm returning with a receipt. "They run into it all the time." Then took their slow slow time handing me my cash back. Kept going on about the address. This was after I said I wasn't happy with the service and next time I would go to the OakView location. She responded that they would ask for my address there as well....DUH I get it. Read moreI did manage to find what I was looking for, however customer service has gone down. No one greeted me, asked if I needed help or anything. I waited at the register while the girl took the previous customer to a fitting room, not a problem however it took her a while to come back. A "sorry for the wait". During the transaction the other associate came up to ask her a question which they talked about the entire transaction. The only other thing that was said to me was the total and how much I saved. Like I said customer service has gone down. Will have yo seriously reconsider...
