I got footlong cold cut sandwich for my daughter 3 weeks ago… She bit into it to find mold all over the meats . She almost puked. I took the sandwich back and explained the issue and how disgusted we were and the male manager pullled the sandwich apart like I was lying. Then he started rubbing one spot and told me he didn’t think it was mold… lol… I then informed him that isn’t the only spot and the next spot has a hair looking moldy string coming out of it. He could no longer deny it was actual mold all over their cold cut combo meat concoction. I demanded a refund which I got but no apology or explanation of what and how this can even happen. I was treated like a liar even with multiple spots of mold on the different meats. I will never go to the Subway in Shadow Lake because they do not care about food quality or customer concerns. The first time, they hadn’t started the order at the pick up time. We walked in and there were no other customers and the employees were just standing there talking to each other. Read moreSubway owner decides he won’t take subway coupons after your sandwiches are completed. Instead of buy one get one with large pop and cost $13.50. I paid $25.30 cause nothing posted about not taking subway coupons. The gal was real nice and said franchise owner doesn’t take coupons.
I would like to know why someone would run a business like this as I did like this location. Now I will drive to another location to get a subway.
Remember to ask if a subway takes your coupon and picks and chooses which ones they may accept.
