Jeff Mitchum Galleries, Bellagio — Attraction in Paradise

SCAM! Do not buy artwork from Jeff Mitchum galleries... SCAM ALERT... in February I purchased two pieces of artwork, paid fully with a credit card and a prepaid credit purchased at the Bellagio store. They have failed to deliver. When I asked repeatedly about a delivery date, now past 3 months, they kept stalling and telling me it was on the way. I've discovered through the salesman they had no intention of ever sending the artwork because they didn't like the deal we got. He also complained that he didn't get a commission because he made a mistake. Not my problem... So far they refused to provide a refund. They closed their store in the Bellagio where we purchased a prepaid credit a year ago as a wedding gift. They agreed to honor it without expiration and even wrote so on the certificate at time of purchase. I'm not sure if they're going to continue in business for long treating customers like they are treating me. I don't think they ever had any intention of sending my artwork. They lured me in with a buy one get one free offer but now don't want to honor that deal. Their salesman was aggressively calling me and sending me messages to get me into the store for the BOGO...

Absolutely amazing time. Best artwork I have ever seen. Very attentive to all your needs. I absolutely plan to go back. Just some real pictures that show just how amazing the world is and that it can be captured. Everything is so good the pieces compete...

Stunning works of art in a beautiful setting. The currier was knowledgeable and informed. Could have chatted for hours. This was a new artist for me and I’ll have to check out more...
