This coffee shop was a destination for us a few times each trip whenever we were in Vegas, no matter where we were staying, for the past few decades. Sadly, whoever decided on the recent menu changes absolutely destroyed the restaurant. The restaurant lost a lot of class with this menu change and is cheaping out on the customers. We used to enjoy sticky buns, muffins, danish, quiche Loraine, Breakfast Paninis, smoked salmon and a lot of special, unique items excellently prepared. The last few times I was there, none of these favorites were available. Jelly doughnuts and breakfast tacos. Low class. It was EXTREMELY disappointing. I don't care how good a jelly doughnut is, the best of them is at most a 2 on a scale of 1 to 5. The Danishes and sticky buns were 5s. The quiche alone was worth the trip. The breakfast tacos do not compare in any way, shape, or form. The coffee is good, but I can get coffee anywhere and will go elsewhere if Palio continues to offer the disappointing items that they currently feature instead of the classics that we would always enjoy there - until recently. I hope whoever made this classic blunder pulls their head out of their backside and returns Palio to what it was - or I'm sure it will not be around for long. I noticed a lighter crowd the last time I was there - absolutely due to their terrible...

The morning sun sliced through the Las Vegas haze like a butcher’s cleaver, and there I was, dragging my weary carcass into Palio at the Bellagio, seeking salvation in the form of caffeine and baked goods. This was no ordinary breakfast joint—oh no. This was a temple to the art of overindulgence, a shrine where espresso flowed like nectar and pastries gleamed with a sinful allure.
The first thing that hit me was the smell—dark, roasted coffee beans mingling with the sweet musk of croissants. My synapses fired in protest, still reeling from the previous night’s excesses, but my soul stirred. The line moved with military precision, an assembly line of tourists and gamblers, each chasing their own version of morning redemption.
I ordered a latte and a spinach-and-egg white croissant, hoping for sustenance but expecting little. What arrived was nothing short of divine intervention. The croissant flaked with each bite, a buttery avalanche of texture and taste, while the latte was a perfect storm of boldness and cream.
Palio isn’t just a café—it’s a war room for the battle against Vegas-induced decay. It’s a place where the weary find hope and the hopeless find espresso. Highly recommended for the brave, the hungry, and...
Read moreThis is a nice cafe to go to. The atmosphere matches to Bellagio. Even the birds want to come near it. The inside of the place looks nice and there is a patio where you can see the view of Bellagio pool and certain resorts like The Cosmopolitan. I decided to go outside not only because it’s warm outside but also for the view and nature.
I didn’t want to spend way too much on breakfast. So I just ordered a pastry and a drink. Quite shocked that a breakfast sandwich costs at least $15 but it’s Vegas. So expect every one of them to cost at least that much whenever you go to cafe.
It’s located near Cafe Gelato and I believe that it’s a good location for people to get breakfast and coffee. I recommend people to dine outside especially during the summer for nature and view. If you are looking for something cheap to eat, highly recommend to go for pastries since they...
