Horrible experience!!! I made an appointment for tires, oil change, and alignment. My appointment was on a Sunday and it was in the morning, the guy who we made the appointment said it would take about 2hrs. I called around 2:30pm to check on the car and they told me nothing was done to it because the tires were never ordered!!!!! So the lady told me she would order the tires and just do the oil change and alignment and by Monday They should have the tires and they would be done. So I called Monday around 10:30 am and nothing was done to the car, I was very upset because we left the car so they could finish by Monday afternoon. She said they would start the alignment and oil change soon and just wait for tires to get there. No one had called me and it was around 4:00 when we went to see what was going on and they had not finished and I waited there until 6:00pm. When we left the tire sensor went off. The next day I went and told the lady about the light and said to take it to be checked, I called my husband to take it and the guy there said we would have to wait and see if we could get checked that day but that it was likely that they couldn’t he started to become very rude and was starting to raise his voice at me. He took my keys and got the car in but said 3 sensors were not working and charged us for it. The sensors never had a problem until the tire change. I don’t recommend this place at all. Please people read the reviews first. I saw people coming in and waiting for a long time, sometimes no one was in the lobby and people would...
Read moreI used to go here frequently for my oil changes, tires, tire rotations, all the minor things. Even though they have tried telling my wife a few lies to get her to spend more money before, I worked that out and I don't have my wife bring the cars in any more.
Well my car started shaking and my friend who is a mechanic took a quick look and let me know my sway bar bushing was bad, he lives in Spokane so none of his equipment was here.
Firestone is a tire and repair shop, so I figured they would be fine to replace the sway bar.
The next thing I know they are telling me my struts need replaced. A $1300 price tag was quoted to me. I am glad I went to the Hyundai dealership instead because it was just my sway bar bushing and I had it replaced there for $250.
And ontop of that, my Bridgestone tires that I purchased from them only had 35,000 miles on them out of a 50,000 mile warranty and were already to the point of being illegal. I took that car in there religiously at 6k miles (the recommended time to rotate) and they somehow didn't have 3 of my rotations listed on their files in a row. Ontop of that, they had one of my rotations listed at 10k miles higher than I even had on my car. Due to these discrepancies they refused to honor their warranty.
Needless to say, I am never going back...
Read moreMy fiance dropped off his work truck for a standard oil change at 1pm on a Sunday. They said they were understaffed and it would be a wait. Which was fine. Understandable and the guy at the counter said they were closing early today. An hour earlier than usual at 5pm Again fine. We waited and waited. It rolled to 4pm and we tried calling to see if anyone would let us know the vehicle was finished or not. No response. Called again at 430pm and nothing no answer again. We went at 5 because we made the assumption that maybe they were still working on it or behind and would still be there. Bad mistake on our part. When we got there it was closed. The vehicle was nowhere in site probably inside the facility. But now my fiance has no truck to work and obviously he works Monday and no one even called to notify us that the vehicle was ready or not ready or anything at all. And we have no way of calling not even the 1800 number is open. My fiance works early in the mornings than even before they open so now he's lost out on a day's work all because someone couldn't pick up the phone and let us know to pick up...
