PLEASE, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU AT ALL. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND ASK FOR MORE IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE EVEN IF IT’S THEIR FAULT. It is true what they say, “you get what you paid for.” I was recommended from a friend about them. I was told that they make wedding invitations. I chose the design and fonts that I liked and they said it’ll take about 2 weeks for them to create them. Before I completed the order, they had asked me to write out of what and how I wanted to say on the card (names of bride and groom, date of event, church name/address, venue name/address, rsvp, our address). I triple checked my spelling and proofread everything and I had to leave a deposit. The total came to $370 for making 70 invitations, that’s including the invitation, rsvp, and envelopes. I asked them to please make sure they spell out my home address right and my name right, they said I have nothing to worry about. 2 weeks later... my fiancé received a phone call saying that the invitations have been created and ready to be picked up. As soon as we arrived and took a look at the invitations, we were very upset. First off, some of the invitations were nicely organized and neat, while others had small creases and looked like it was folded in the middle of the cards. Some corners looked torn, and the font was not what we chose. When I read what the card said, I noticed that they misspelled my name, added an extra number to the address of the church, misspelled the name of the church, and added an extra letter to the name of my street! I have never been more upset than this and I needed them ASAP before my wedding in June. I confronted them, but they argued back saying this is what I wanted. I said no and I had proof. The only way for them to fix it was for them to create new invitations for $115 more. But it was their mistake, they had the rough draft and they had me triple check spellings. I asked them for a refund and they refused because they’re accusing me for not spelling my name right. There’s an older woman who works there who’s giving me glares and I did nothing to her at all, I don’t even acknowledge her and she accuses me of being broke and cheap. Very unprofessional. Let me start off by saying I NEVER write reviews, but I had to because you need to steer clear of this place, turned out to be a real nightmare. From most of the table linens being dirty, damaged or the wrong size, to bent dessert displays with missing crystals that were promised to be fixed before my event. The white rug I asked for had pink stains and was more on the brown side. When I went to go pick up my order, they brought out a few different items that were completely off from what I originally requested. They tried to say I was delusional, that those were in fact the trays I asked for, and that they have never carried the pieces I was describing. ( Take pictures of everything you order to avoid this ) That went on for about 20 minutes until I decided to pull up their instagram page and show them that they did in fact advertised said pieces and that’s when they started making excuses. Still werent owning up to the fact they made a mistake, tried to show me a bunch of other (broken) things that did not go with theme. Most items besides the cake stands are 1 of 1 so don’t plan on having a set of anything. Everything in there is falling apart and their idea of fixing is wiping items down with windex. over 400$ was charged for 50 chairs and 5 tables, along with 10 tablecloths. The chairs were white resin folding chairs and some were stained green, others were scratched, and 3 of them had rust in them. As for the tables, do they even clean them?? they handed it over to us tattered and stained, and they were wobbly. Some also had scratches on them. As for the tablecloths, they were also stained and some had holes in them. They gave it to us around 2pm and it was too late to cancel and find something better.
