I had bought a straight talk iphone from Walmart yesterday with a $55 service plan but I misplaced the sim card and straight talk would not help me recover the pin. Had to buy another $55 plan from walmart and the workers at the electrics department would not help with anything. I stopped by this store inside walmart thinking it was customer service the customer service to return the iphone amd take the $110 loss as I was unable to activate the iphone with the new service plan too.

Broke my Apple Watch and they're unwilling to accept responsibility. Also I brought my watch in to the store to get a new battery in April. Once the battery came in, they called to let me know I could bring the watch in to replace it (at this point my watch worked fine but battery life went fast). I came in yesterday to get my phone repaired and my credit card was charged but my phone was not repaired. The person at the store today wants $699 more to complete the repair.
