Was there on Saturday, June 3, 2017 around 1:30-2:00PM to pick up an online order. There were two older ladies working the customer service window trying to help me with my pickup. What should've been a quick in and out turned out longer than expected, because they were having issues with the system. I tried telling them that I was charged twice for my order, but they said that that's "usual," and one of the transactions was canceled. I came back in store after checking my account to let them know that I was REALLY charged twice, because I didn't want to waste more time coming back or talk to a customer service rep. over the phone later to have the issue corrected. Like every logical person, it would have been nice to just correct the issue on the spot...like I was trying to do. However, it was apparently the end of the shift for the two older ladies, and the one that rang me up was telling a young man (around his 30s maybe) that she was getting ready to leave. So, I spoke to him instead, but she heard herself mentioned and came over, trying to help. He LITERALLY WAVED me off! I understand if there were system issues, but he was RUDE and dismissive. I also understand that they are hiring, so maybe they are short on staff? But there was like one other person at the window when I came back to talk to them. I guess they aren't too worried about customer service since this is a chain store, and they couldn't care less if they provide a service. What should've been an easy "I pay for my orders, and pick it up in store" sorta deal turned out to be a nightmare as I have to call to get my refund (when I was in store trying to get the issue resolved days ago, but was dismissed). The phrase "beggars can't be choosers" fits perfectly with this Target right now as they look like they're trying to hire staff and will take just about anyone. You’d be better off going to Walmart for such lousy service. Usually I don’t write reviews but after my experience today I had to inform others of the lack of customer service here. Apparently one of the items from my “ready to pickup order” wasn’t available upon be arriving to the store although it never sent me an email stating that. The rude employee (African American woman with long single braids with blonde and red curly ends) scans my barcode to pickup order then leaves to go grab it but once she comes back she informs me one of my items isn’t at the pickup stand…clearly you could tell she didn’t fell like actually going to check the aisles for it. So she says to me “well your other item isn’t at the pickup you wanna just go ahead and cancel it” and I respond well may you check because I’d really like the item if possible as I’m currently redecorating. She then leaves with an attitude and then comes back only to inform me that she canceled my order because she couldn’t find it and then just walked off!!! No receipt no apology or anything!!! Typically when target is out of stock of an order they usually will ask if you’d like the item shipped to you if it’s available to ship, this woman didn’t even give me that option at all. And when I asked if I’d receive a refund she acted as if I’d ruined her day and begun rolling her eyes. Read moreI didn't like anything. I really feel like was racially profiled while visiting the location in Norcross, GA. I tried to return headphones that I picked up from the location three days prior. The intial "team member" that was helping me was wonderful. Very helpful. She told me that the receipt didn't match the product which I explained to her why that may be. She called her supervisor(Tim), who completely took his time coming out, to help out. From the moment he came out to help me he was completely unprofessional and rude. Didn't greet me at all. The first thing that came out of his mouth was " do you have your receipt". After I explained to him the problem then he blamed me. What kind of customer service is that?? His team members gave me the wrong headphones. But he had no empathy and sympathy at all. He constititenly insintuated that I was a thief. Again no way to talk to a customer. Which at some point stop being about me trying to return the product and get better ones that I liked but instead not being profiled and called a thief especially when his teammates made the mistake. He was not helpful at all. If he doesn't like his job, maybe he needs to invest in getting a new one. Then at the end of it, he called the cops on me.
