Beré Jewelers — Attraction in Pensacola

Can I just say that I had the most amazing experience at Bere' today?! I went in today to pick up my engagement ring that needed to be resized. I've been a week and a half without it, and was extremely excited to have it back on my finger! (Rewinding a second...the day we went in there, we loved the new location, the draft beer and wine, plus the tv set on college football! Appeals to everyone! And the store is gorgeous! Savannah helped us that day and said the ring would be ready 10/16. She was very helpful and I couldn't wait to come back to get it!)

Back to today...I come in to get my ring, and it wasn't fixed. It hadn't been touched due to some error. I got a little sad and hoped it could be fixed before I left to go out of town for 9 days. Brittany took charge and said she could have it ready in less than an hour. Offered me a glass of wine and apologized for the mistake. I walked around and looked at the lovely items in the store. A very nice gentleman that worked there and a sweet lady that worked there named Jennifer spoke to me and were helpful as well, noting that when I had called or emailed about my ring, they were the ones answering my questions on the other end.

Before I knew it, Brittany came out with my ring, in less than 45 minutes and it was perfect!!! My eyes almost filled with joyful tears! When it came time to pay for my ring, Brittany asked me for my signature to verify I picked it up, and then I grabbed my wallet out to pay for the charge. Brittany said there was NO CHARGE to make up for the situation on their end! What?!?!Again...my eyes began to fill with happy and thankful tears! I didn't expect that at all! The way they remedied this situation (which could've happened to anyone), was beyond my dreams!

There is no way I will go to any other jeweler in town after this exceptional experience! Thank you to the entire staff, especially Brittany for helping me get my beautiful engagement ring back on...

Wow. Just wow. My entire experience at Bere' left me speechless. I brought in two rings that held multiple diamonds from generations of grandmothers. The sentimental attachment was tremendous! I had been to two jewelers previously who are Pensacola staples. My experience with both of them was shockingly, utterly disappointing. From the moment I arrived at Bere', every second was so smooth! Addie cared for us with the most exclusivity. I didn't have any idea what I wanted, and she helped us design a ring that is the most stunning ring I've ever seen in my life. She diligently walked us through every step and gave me all of the updates. Before I knew it, I was sobbing in the store upon delivery between the beauty of it and the sentimental feelings. I have no words for how happy I am with this new heirloom. We will never be taking our business elsewhere. The professionalism and love we felt every step of the way was unmatched! This establishment has met every single need I didn't even know I needed. Addie is a budding designer, and her customer service skills are unmatched. The confidence that she handled us with made me the most comfortable, and I felt my grandmother's blessings immediately. Everything felt exactly right, and it was. Upscale Jeweler who provides exceptional customer service, jewelry repair, and a great selection of fine jewelry. I was in town on a short business trip when I accidentally crushed/bent my diamond wedding band in the gear shift of my rental (I know - don’t ask). I came to Bere Jewelers to have it repaired. I explained that I was only in town for a short period and Barry said they’d work diligently to fix my ring in time for my departure, which they did! I picked up my ring this afternoon and met Laura, who is absolutely lovely in every way! We got to chatting and she showed me some really gorgeous pieces. She wasn’t pushy at all, but rather excited to share her knowledge of the various brands, including some items that she thought I might enjoy. It’s apparent that she loves what she does. She has a great eye for stunning pieces and has curated a lovely collection of bits and baubles that is truly unique. Laura showed me two 14K yellow Gold beaded band rings, that we placed on each side of my diamond wedding band. She took an already beautiful ring and completely elevated the style, and I immediately fell in love!
