Sometimes crowded with homeless people who are not doing anything else in city hall inside the bldg, but it is not a good idea to be in the dilworth park outside area, unless you want ppl asking for cigs or change , but I don't like being a really mean person but I have to get a little bit mean bc they are persistent and the way I think, and the way they do are totally different things! Trolleys, busses, subways... though, if you ask me, I almost never get off here, specifically because it's way too busy and because of how many routes go through this area specifically, it's never worth it. So the subway system in Philly has confused me since I was at the airport, I was just asking the staff how do I get to one spot from this station and how much the ticket costs.
