Bell Towne Plaza — Attraction in Phoenix

The parking lot sms buildings are kept up. I love sprouts and the fresh produce they have. I mostly go to sprouts in this complex. Of course Starbucks is great. This particular one does have a drive-thru so I have never been inside. Always happy with my products when I go there. The Office Max is ok. They raised their rates drastically for faxing and other things the last time I was there and I have not been back since. Expect to pay a pretty penny to use their services. The Pei Wei is always very clean when I have visited and the food always great. We also used the dentist office for my kids here when we lived in the area. They are amazing with kids and do great work but they are not that good with answering calls or calling back after you leave a message. I called to reschedule a teeth cleaning for my kids and could not get anyone so I left a message. About 3 days later I still had not heard back from them so I tryed again and they finally answered. After I finally got a hold of someone, they said they couldn't find my kids chart and we were probably patients at a different location but then the same office called me to remind me my kids appointments were coming up. The same ones I tried scheduling just a few days earlier. I have never had this problem when I went into the location and talked to them directly. The bad calling expectancies were worth it to me for my kids to have a great dentist that went out of their way to take care of my kids teeth and talk them through what was going to happen so they were...

Horrible plaza. Harassment by security staff there. If you don't show up in a high end car or if you sit at Starbucks more than 30 minutes security comes and harasses. I, myself have physical limitations and while security makes fun of my disability while I'm leaving , than proceeds as I'm climbing in vehicle to insult my disability more and threaten for not being faster. Have been trying to complain to any higher ups but security guards have refused multiple times to give me mangers name and number. Don't go here if you are handicapped, don't drive overpriced car , or even want to be treated without threat. Would give negative stars if possible and will not be bringing any of our businesses to this horrible hateful plaza ever. Shame on this plaza and it's horrible discriminatory...

A beautiful shopping plaza. It has everything a gym food all types. Then you get exercise get something to eat go grocery shopping. Then When you're week is done go to church. This plaza has everything and men get lined and GQ smooth at Barber Bros. It is just great and at night catch Happy hour at a little spot on the corner. For a quick bite roll to McDonald's. If you want cool sweet treat check out Cold Stone Creamery. Listen everything you need is at your fingertips. Need taxes done H&R block is there is assist Steve or Catherine will have you fixed up!!! Plus grab a nice cup of coffee with a yummy cake pop at Starbucks in Safeway. The people are pleasant and it is a great experience all the way...
