Do not, I repeat, Do Not prepay online for your order. It says you get priority. That's a lie. It tells you an approximate size and price, which you have to pay in full in for your order to process, which makes sense. But then, when you go to pick it up, they do not have a ham in the size you ordered. I was offered a smaller ham, which would have been fine, except that I had paid with gift cards and only $2 on my debit card and really did not want just a few bucks on a gift card that I wouldn't use. I also didn't want to pay extra for a bigger ham because I didn't need it.
The girls seemed to understand and said they would look for one in the size I ordered. 20 minutes later they came out with a ham, packaged it up and I was on my way.
Later that night I look over my bank account and find a charge from them for almost $10. I was never told I was being charged for anything, they never asked for my card. They just charged me without saying a word.
I contacted their customer service who said I actually received a Credit for my ham. Then I replied with a copy my receipt and looked at the ham I bought and saw that they charged me $10.49 per pound instead of $8.99 which my receipt stated. They again simply said online is an estimate. I get that, but you don't get to change the price per pound and you don't get to give me a larger ham and then charge me for it without telling me, and never tell me that despite my "priority order" you didn't have a ham anywhere in the store with the correct size and at least give me the smaller ham option again, which at least wouldn't have cost me anything. Now I have to dispute these charges with my bank, I'll probably have to cancel my card per their policy and redo every single auto pay bill pay account I have out there. I am furious!
