Pinecrest Center — Attraction in Pinecrest

The ROSS retail store in the Pincrest Center has a very nasty manager. I tried to return a pair of Steve Madden sandals( flip flops)from another ROSS location purchased a few days ago,( on 5/24/22) the price tag did come off but I had the receipt he accussed me of wearing the sandals and then trying to return them. I kept saying/ trying to explain look at the date of the receipt I DID NOT WEAR THEM ANYWHERE. I respect store policies but he basically called me a liar and inferred thst I was trying to scam the store. He was rude, accusatory and just mean. I did not get his name but he was working at this location between 2-3pm. All he said was take these $14.99 pair of sandals to the store where theoriginal purchase was made. My dollars will be spent at Marshalls, HOME Goods and TJMaxx. AS OF TODAY, I WILL NEVER SET FOOT TO PURCHASE AN6THING IN A ROSS...

We arrived the restaurant was practically empty. We ordered our food and slowly the restaurant started to fill up. With only 2 servers and a host it look like it was going to be a long wait. Now thirty min of waiting long line at the door our food still hadn't arrived. People stared walking out seemed they didn't haven enough kitchen staff to handle the rush.
