We went into to buy an Ipad 4th generation 64gb, they tried to convince us that the retail on this item is 899, we had been shopping around for one so we already knew it retailed for 599. We were fine with the price, even at 300 over retail, because we know they have to charge a premium for their service since they offer credit to everyone, even with bad credit. When he opened the box to show my wife the color, I noticed that he did not to break any seals on the box to open it. Thats was suspicious, but I overlooked it. The next day my wife noticed a scratch in the screen, which just proved as I had suspected, that he sold us a used Ipad at 300 over the retail price of a new one. He said that we could bring it back at any time, but we would lose the 132.00 that we put down on it. We dealt with Mike, and he was a really nice guy, I think he was just doing his job, selling us an item whether its new or used.
