Food Giant Pinson — Attraction in Pinson

Customer Service Sucks!!! I don't even want to give them 1 star wish I could give NO stars. It seems like everything single time I come in this place the workers are so rude like they don't give a crap!! About 2 months ago I came in here to get a stuffed crust mini pizza for my son's lunch, several pizzas were out of date..the best by date was October 2016, remember this is 2017! So I finally found one that was in date and bought it. I came back several weeks later and that pizza was still in there but now there are 4 pizzas with the October 2016 best by dates. I took the pizzas up to the Manager and let her know that these pizzas have been in your cooler for a very long time, she didn't apologize or anything all she said was "Wow". So needless to say check the expiration dates on everything at Food Giant because clearly these employees and Managers...

Inflation may have slowed everywhere else, but not at “price-gouging” Food Giant in Pinson. So I guess they figured they would take advantage of Win-Dixie closing across the street and decide to mark up everything in the store to astronomically high prices. And I assure I’m not the only one. I have shopped here for 30 years and never experienced this. It’s cheaper for me to drive to Walmart. That’s okay though! Aldi will put them out of business when they open. This is supposed to be a community store and most of us here don’t make that much income, but they decided it’s better to rip off their consumers. Store looks neat and clean but is smelly of old dirty water used to mop the floor. Their off brand milk is high in protein like Fairlife but apparently they don’t know how too keep the milk cold enough to keep it from spoiling 5 days before the expiration date. I bought 4 yesterday and it is such a disappointment. Also bought the already cooked General Tso Chicken and it was overcooked and so disgusting when I took a bit I threw it away. So needless to say I won’t be back. 2 visits was too many except maybe to return the milk bought. Also tell someone to drain off the red blood juice from the chicken before you wrap it.
