I called PISMO Nike a guy answered (won't say his name, he knows who he is) I asked if he'd check price on a golf shirt and golf shorts he said without checking they WEREN'T on sale and he doesn't THINK they have them as he's hanging up. I CALLED BACK. MIKE an employee at PISMO NIKE OUTLET answers he MIKEš took the time even when it was 5 min. prior to closing to go Lšk He checked prices on my sons school clothes which I'd purchased approx 2 weeks ago They WERE ON SALE, CLEARANCE even better!! He told me when he works the next day & that he'd take care of me since I just had bad experience. When I arrived there was a male Mgr extremely polite he was cool and approved the transaction w my receipt.... I got $97.++ back. WOWā£ā£ I ended up spending it on my daughter and myself. Was nice not having to pay anything more!! Mike sure makes up for the ones who lag and have POOR cust. Service skills. Thanks to the MANAGER that night for making it smooth even though Mike was on break he with no questions asked approved his girl employee to take care of me. ALSO made me feel relaxed to continue shopping even after they were closed, NOT many do that....THANK YOU!!!

Whereas in larger cities I rarely ever get to find my size (small/medium in womenās). With the additional percentage off and the new member we sign up, I paid 22 bucks for 2 pairs of running shorts!
As we were checking out, we were being helped by Jorge, and he is outstanding! He was so patient helping me sign up for the Nike app to get extra savings. My internet is was not cooperating, but he never made me feel rushed. He even helped me navigate through the sign up process to make sure I only get emails for deals and not spam. He was very tech savvy, heād be a great Nike ambassador! He made the experience at the Nike store even better.

Went in today and they had 5 guys just standing in the middle of the store talking and playing on their phones while I waited and was ignored for 5 minutes. I walked away and found someone doing inventory who was helpful. Went to the registers and was the only one in line, there were three associates there. One was stocking stuff near the register, one was helping a customer, another was just standing at the register not acknowledging me for 4 minutes then walks away to flirt with his female coworker. I continue to wait until finally the guy stocking finishes stocking and strolls up to the register, by this time there are 5 customers behind me waiting. Absolutely ridiculous...
