I'm new to the area and was looking for a salon close by. I ordered the deluxe which included hot stones. After the clipping and cleaning. No file was used. She washed my feet and legs, dried only my feet and proceeded to file and buff my nails. I said nothing up until this point. She wiped my feet and proceeded to put in the toe dividers to paint. My legs are still wet, there were no stones, no hot towels, no oil. At this point I speak up, then I learned she could not understand any english. None. Someone came over and said yes, you should have these services. So she gets the stones. She rinsed them off as she thought they were to hot. By the time they made it to my legs they were barely warm. She shook the hot towels until they were luke warm. I did speak up on the second towel having to speak with my hands to apply the second towel while it was hot. The tub was still full of now dirty cold water. The towel was long and it fell in the dirty water while she was wrapping. Im trying to be nice and just get through it. She leaves the soaking towels on and proceeds to put those toe dividers in again. She is anxious to paint! I then call someone over because Im irritated at this point. This is supposed to be relaxing. This guy comes over who seems to be one who speaks for the salon and states what a great job she did on my feet. And if I didn't want the soaking towels wrapped around my legs while ahe painting I should take them off! I just looked at him. Really sir? He the F'N nerve to have an attitude. Someone with lesser character would have cussed him out! He was horrible. She unwraps the towels and now about to paint. Water is visible on my legs. The best part of the pedicure for me is being oiled down and massaged. When reminded of the oil, she covered my toes which were in the toe dividers with a towel. She wasn't going to oil my feet, just my legs. Irritation is growing. We finally get to the paint. She painted with great in experience. My problem with the paint is, it was a light color and required 3 coats. It happens. She started in with the top coat. I simply asked her if that looked good/right to her. Of course she couldn't understand what I was aking so called over someone else and asked if that looked right. No one would answer. No one apologized. Another lady came and applied another coat and top coat. Ok. I paid and left. I can't believe they acted like I was being unreasonable. She capable of doing a good job but lacked the training of the sequence. There is an order in the process. I won't go back. The place itself appeared...

I have traveled the country with my business for years and have had many mani/pedis and this place was a terrible experience that lingered days after from the pain in my big toe.( except for Lena she was wonderful to my mom ) I decided to take my mother to Get pedicures while I was visiting.. They got us right in the same went in and was happy with how clean the place looked and they had the plastic liners and we signed up for the milk and honey pedicure which is an additional like $60.. They got started on my mom while I sat there for 10 minutes and then when the girls that was doing manicures came over And started on my toes and she kept doing this little smack thing with her lips and didn't speak to me at all even though I know she understood english because when she messed up my toes and I was getting worried she's like I know I understand I fix... She ended up rushing through my pedicure and catching back up to my mom she cut the middles of all of my toe nails leaving points on both sides she got paint all over my toes and just walked away and left one of my toes completely crooked and then said it was my toe which It wasn't like that before I went in there.. I was upset but being quiet because I was kind of shocked on how horrible of a job they were gonna give me for $88.. And I said I wanted a manicure as well because I hadn't had one in years being a new mom but after seeing my toes I said no so the other lady that was doing the manicures heard and came up and started to fix my toes cutting all the corners and everything out that the other girl completely didn't even do and they cut up into my toenail bed and it's all red and swollen and hurts really bad 3 days later... I decided to give the lady a chance to do a basic mani since she just came over and tried to fix my pedicure so I go and sit at her desk and she's pushing for gel and I don't want gel I'm a country girl I dig in the dirt and I run an equipment I would destroy them and I told her no thank you.. I just want my nails cleaned up she got irritated at me and quit talking and just chopped my nails straight across didn't clean under them didn't file them didn't do anything and said OK bye... Read moreI was so happy to finally find a nail salon that I loved but that quickly changed on my last visit to this Happy Nails location. We were going on vacation to Florida and had to get our tips and toes done! I paid $370 using my cashapp card that they claim did not go through but the $370 was taken from my card immediately! I then had to pay another $258 in cash for the 3 manicures and the 3 pedicures that we received at this salon! I have not heard a word from the business since this incident on March 24, 2024 but I have contacted the BBB and the attorneys generals office about this place. They were so rude and didn't care that I paid them twice for my services! My polish was chipping 5 days after my visit. We will never be returning to this business and I wouldn't be surprised if they get shut down! Update: This business must take double payments from customers often since they can't remember me or the incidents that occurred. I left my friend and my daughter at the salon while I went to an ATM 2 minutes away to get cash for them after they already took $258 from my daughters cashapp card! I do not own a business but if I did I would have surveillance cameras on 24/7 and I would be able to provide a copy and or video of all transactions to my customers at any time if requested.
