TLDR: Everything is terrible. Don’t eat here.
Came on a Sunday at 11 AM (30 mins after they opened) Staff was loudly complaining about employees not showing up for work. Manager was yelling at them to lower their voices.
The entire restaurant looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned. Floor was sticky, surfaces (tables, chairs, counters) covered in crumbs and dried sauces/liquids, smudges all over the buffet glass.
Speaking of the buffet, it was not available. Not sure if the heating elements don’t work or if they just can’t keep up with fresh food (see other people’s reviews).
Out of liver (according to the sign) and potato wedges.
Serving sizes of the chicken were super small - my eight year old complaining about his brother having a much larger portion of popcorn chicken than his tiny drumstick (despite being the same price.) Photo of drumstick vs one popcorn chicken (which there was at least a hefty handful or two of).
The manager was unprofessional and has no respect from his subordinates. Restaurant managers shouldn’t have to scream at their employees to get them to “take it outside.” They are hiring, but I imagine anyone who walks in for an application leaves immediately once they see what the work culture is like.
Most people would pull up, go inside to order to go, then leave. I don’t know if it’s an order accuracy thing because the drive thru worked but wasn’t being utilized by many people. Our order was wrong, so I would assume the “regulars” know what to expect and tolerate this sub par service because they like the food. (Which I cannot understand because Popeyes is better and literally across the street and there are several mom & pop places that are cheaper and tastier)

Read moreWe went at the start of dinner time. Buffet food looked like it had been sitting there all day, and there was hardly any food in the containers. No cottage cheese, no lettuce, no biscuits, and dried overcooked chicken. I bet the cold foods weren't even cold. They ran out of flour so they couldn't make crispy chicken? ? A flavor of pop was empty and I told them and it never got refilled. The tea was empty and they took the container and never brought it back. Cost a lot of money for the lack of quality and selection. The poles holding up the sneeze guards had peeling or chipping paint near the food. There was a non food grade Ace Hardware bucket under the buffet counter, along with dirt, dust, and grime. I kept hearing the manager say they were short handed. When we got there, maybe 1 or 2 other people were there. Not enough enough customers to use that excuse. An employee went outside with his apron on and came back and didn't change it. Clearly, this employee hasn't been trained properly. If the health inspector came in, this place would have been shut down it was so awful. As one certified in retail food safety, I can say for sure they were not up to code in a lot of ways tonight. I wasn't the only one complaining in there either. Totally changed my perspective about KFC. I'm also filing this same complaint with...
Read moreBeen three months since ate there cause the chicken wasent cook enough, and the outside too munch. Thought i'd try it again and this time it was good. Dont change whatever your using to cook with or the time either. I've been to another chicken place & the workers there said alot of people stop eating KFC cause the chicken wasent good like it use to be. Keep on making things tast better & customers will go back to KFC once word gets around. Still the chicken really doesent tast like the old KFC. Look back many many years ago in your books, records or etc. on how & what the chicken was prepared, with what kind of brand of whatever was being used to cook the chicken the time . I bet the oil etc. has been changed alot of times. If KFC does this I bet the old customers will go back & many, many, many new customers start going more often plus spreading the word that the chicken tast the chicken from the past. Look at your books from the past or etc. & make the changes and watch KFC grow biger. You can even duild bigger buildings to have more room for all the old customers & the many, many, many new customers. Whats the old saying, come one come all to KFC. Thanks for reading this & I hope people can say the old chicken is BACK. Thanks again. Have...
