Ok so I wish that I had read the reviews prior. I would have bypassed this location all together and recommend that you do. Just head on over to North Park or Highland Park, trust me. The silver lining is seeing that at least it wasn’t racially motivated but none the less super poor experience. I have bought all over the globe and NEVER EVER have I received such poor service from LV. I purchased a LV duffle that was given to me in a broken box, with no paper filler in the bag to hold its form. My husband asked for a custom gift card it was not there. No envelope with a receipt, the box was not even placed into a bag he simply handed me the box without a ribbon. Not only did it not have a ribbon but the box itself was ripped in the corner. The below picture is me in the store and how I walked out without a bag. Zoom in and you will see the ripped corner of the box.. The dust bag that my duffle bag was placed in was extremely wrinkled like it was balled in a corner from a return or something just LOW QUALITY. A complete mess for 4K. The picture below is exactly how the item came. Simply handed to me and a wave. I am thinking of returning it in the am, as I am offended. I don’t want the memory of how this tacky bag was presented to me. LV had better get it straight or this will be a final purchase. There are many designer high end options and if this is the type of service I am receiving I will not be back and just in writing this I have decided it WILL be returned. A friend visited this Louis Vuitton store to buy a birthday gift for me, and the experience they shared was nothing short of bad and embarrassing. When they asked to see a specific wallet, they were just ignored. Not deterred, they tried again, only to be met with the same dismissive treatment.
It shouldn’t be that you have to ask for a manager just to get someone to help you out. The manager directed the same employees who ignored them to assist, but those employees clearly couldn’t be bothered. Thankfully, a third associate stepped in and got them checked out in five minutes.
It seems that appearance still dictates the level of service here. My friend wasn’t dressed to impress—they were just there to buy a gift. We didn’t know of a prerequisite that you have to wear your finest fabrics just to get someone to acknowledge you at this store.
Louis Vuitton is supposed to stand for luxury and impeccable service, yet this location couldn’t even provide basic courtesy. If this is how they treat any customer, perhaps they should rethink their priorities. And if you can’t handle serving a customer that you don’t “deem worthy” of shopping at your place of work, then maybe you don’t belong right at the entrance when someone walks in.
In the end, I know nothing will get done and it is what it is, but we just expected better. I hope the employees have a better day and don’t ruin anyone else’s...

I visited Legacy West yesterday with my daughter, upon walking up to the entrance to the store, there was a couple who entered just before my daughter and I did the door greeters treated the couple as one would expect, however, my daughter and I did not receive the same treatment.
There was a lady and male standing at the door opening/greeting the guest as they arrived. Sadly the female door greeter delayed opening the door for my daughter and me, and when she finally acknowledged that people were standing outside, she barely opened the door just enough to let us in. She asked me my name told me (not asked) for us to stand off to the side while she notified the SA. I assumed we were standing in the correct waiting area.... Well I guess we were not waiting in the correct area, because the female door greeter in a condescending tone, said "Please stand over there". Needless to say, we felt less than welcomed.
My SA Demi was AWESOME! She answered all of my questions and showed me several different pieces. Demi helped me pick out the perfect crossbody handbag and matching wallet. She made up for the less than welcoming arrival. I will return to work with Demi and the assistant manager in the future!
I did think it was rather strange, the door greeter was a bit nicer to my daughter and me as we were leaving. Looking back at the situation I should have advised the manager of this, I figure she will see...
