I cannot express enough how pleased I am with my experiences at Fountains Jewelers over the past four years. This amazing jewelry store has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service, making each visit a delightful experience. Recently, I was on the hunt for a special ring to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary, and, as luck would have it, I found the perfect setting—but it was missing the center stone. I inquired about having a ruby placed in it, hoping to take it along on my anniversary trip. The staff was incredibly honest about the timeframe but assured me they would do their utmost to have it ready for me. To my great delight, I received a call just a day before my trip, letting me know the ring was ready for pickup. Fast forward to Saturday, July 27th, when I decided to stop by right at their opening time. Even though I arrived just three minutes after they opened, Sage and Moses were in the midst of setting up the display cases yet immediately paused their work to warmly greet me. I mentioned that I needed help repairing an earring that wouldn't clip; naturally, I was prepared to leave it with them and return later. However, in a display of remarkable efficiency, Moses offered to fix it on the spot and completed the repair within just three minutes! The staff at Fountains Jewelers consistently impresses me with their friendly demeanor and genuine care for their customers, making sure that every individual feels valued and appreciated. I brought my TAG Heuer watch in for repair as it kept stopping & starting. First was told it was the battery which they replaced, but still wasn't running right. Next, was told it needed an overhaul which I agreed to & paid $150. A week after I picked it up, same problem. Brought it back again & then was told the crown wasn't pushed all the way in. I asked to have the watchmaker look at it again & left it for a week. Reuben called & said to pick it up, running fine. A week later, watch still stopping. Brought it to a TAG store & they sent it to their repair center. Watch needed repairs that were never done, cost $185. Fountains is not an authorized TAG watch repair & never should have attempted to repair my watch. Now I know better, learned an expensive lesson.

I have had the pleasure of working with Reuben at Fountain Jewelers for 7 years now and I reside in California mostly. They made my incredibly gorgeous and stunning engagement ring, followed up by an equally impressive wedding band. I was a horse rider and didn’t take the ring off and occasionally had problems with that. Reuben has always repaired the mess I created immediately and would ship back overnight. For holidays or birthdays my husband has had Reuben make me gorgeous diamond pieces set in platinum. I’ve had him recreate a stunning designer diamond neck piece that cost much less because it doesn’t have the “special box” it would come in but it’s a gorgeous pice that always gets a lot of attention when I wear it. I’ve never personally met Reuben. He was referred by a friend and with the first phone call he put me at ease and I felt comfortable enough to send the money when we ordered my engagement ring.
