I just experienced the worse customer service of my life. I love the store and come often for home articles mostly, love the holiday selection. I purchased two dresses and unfortunately one dress did not fit, I went to the store 2 days later and try to return... I also purchased a lot of other items. I had the dress with tags still attached and I had proper receipt for the purchase. When they scan the item they said tag did not belong to that item and they try to say the other dress I purchased was the right price... very confusing I know this manager was trying to insinuate that I had switch the tags. I asked them to review cameras and they said the guy was not there and that I had to return another day ... at this point is more the principle they are trying to say I stole from the store, I will never!. I came back next day, not only with the receipt but with the other dress and tag that they claim I exchange for. I asked for a manager and they send the same cashier that help me the day before, she was sweet but not even an apology from The manager. She just did the return and told me she was sorry but she had to obey her manager. I have purchase a lot in this store but I was so embarrassed and mistreated I'll never come back. Please coach your team members there is always a better way to treat people...
Read moreReally no stars! I recently visited Marshall's, and unfortunately, my experience was horrendous. The main issue was the excessively long line and the registers being open for both returns and purchases. Then to top it off a super nonchalant, rude store manager. Mr. Michaels lack of courtesy and unhelpful attitude only exacerbated my disappointment with the overall shopping experience. He needs to be in the back doing stock. I hope the corporate office works on improving the service and operational efficiency to ensure a more pleasant shopping experience for all customers. I have obtained “corporates” number to which I will be calling to voice my complaint. If I have to write a letter I will! ————————-
Update today is October 3, 2025. I’m standing in the back of the line of 11 registers available with only four people working and 2 others that look like management staring at the line! /Visited this location again... Found everything I planned, but I did not expect unprofessional cashier((( left the store absolutely upset. The Lady-cashier called me the next, I was with crying baby in my hands and she continued the conversation with another customer, which even was not hers. I don't care that she even did not tell Hello, but I thought they have some ethics. She did not let me know she finished counting and I just have to insert my card. I told her, and only then she said I'm done))). Marshall's has to pay attention about respectful behavior to their clients.
