Lobster Tails was amazing! What an experience for our students. Everything was so well organized and the Captain had a fantastic demonstration about crabs and lobsters. He also took the time to let every student hold a crab and lobster that wanted to. When we got back from our trip, students and parents alike were raving about how fantastic the experience was. This will be a yearly tradition for our student trip to Boston each year. Thank you! Can't recommend enough, it will so be worth it.

Took our grandson out for a last adventure before school started. He had a blast! Loved battling the enemy pirate with water cannons and having sword fights with fellow pirates on board. Only 4 stars because I thought there was supposed to be "grog" served aboard and a coupon for ice cream given when disembark ing. Crew was great with the kids and the enemy pirate was fantastic! Would go again!

My family went for our nieces birthday and we all had such an amazing time! The ice cream was delicious, huge bowls with plenty of fun topping options for the kids. They played music and told us fun facts throughout the tour. It certainly helped that it was a gorgeous sunset! I would 100% recommend this cruise for your kids. Thank you so much for a night my family will always remember ❤️

Last Sunday I called approx. 3 hours prior to sundae cruise to surprise my grandchildren. Knowing about the tides and the winds and asking if the cruise would still go out. I was told absolutely if it’s on the website it’s still going out. I drove from Weymouth to Hanson to pick up my grandchildren and off to Plymouth. I told them about the surprise. Upon entering the parking lot, I got a text from a Val saying the cruise was canceled. She then had a male manager call me. He was beyond rude!!! I understand events get canceled because of weather and safety issues. But in this case, I called to see if the weather was an issue just hours before,, when they certainly know the weather forecast. I told him I thought I deserve some sort of compensation for forgetting all the way down there and kids being so disappointed. He told me I did get my compensation my money back that was the end of it!! I told him I was going to write this review he said go ahead that will be slander, that was a manager’s answer to my complaint. Disgusting! I told him it’s not slander if you’re telling the truth. In my opinion, they should find a manager that knows how to treat people and deal with the public respectfully!!! So not only was a cruise canceled hours after I booked it after being told it was going off. But then she gets treated so respectfully by a manager. Not very...

We booked the ice cream cruise. My son has a dairy allergy so I emailed before I booked to see if there is a dairy free option. The Captain said he could accomodate that. I confirmed with him a couple of days before and he said it was all set. When ice cream time came, they said "the shipment didn't come in" so they didn't have the DF option. I asked to speak to the captain Noah that I emailed with. He said the shipment didn't come in and he apolgizes. I don't know what shipment he meant as a DF option was not really a choice - all they had to do was get a container of DF for my son - not a shipment so that was basically a lie. Also I asked why he didn't let me know before and he said he found out an hour before the cruise about "the shipment not coming in". He was the one who checked us in and didn't tell us. And he also could have emailed us before. So none of us could have ice cream on the "ice cream cruise" because we weren't going to eat in front of my son. After the cruise, we went across the street to get ice cream (including Dairy free), which the Captain could have easily done and brought one cup over for my son. With all that being said, it was a beautiful night and sunset and they did refund us our money. Just a heads up if you have to make any accomodations, I wouldn't...

The following review is for the annual Lobster Tails July 4th Fireworks Cruise (2024 edition)...

Not nearly as good as last year! ... they didn't actually board until nearly 745 (supposed to board at 730), so we were left to stand in the rain while the crew were just standing on the boat doing, what looked like, nothing. There was no narration during the harbor cruise portion, like there was last year. The food, which was very good last year, was overcooked and not very tasty. The boat was not anchored/moored properly but rather left to drift, so we had to keep moving from the bow to the stern and back in order to view the fireworks. Having said that, it was still a fun time, although, unlike last year, i'm not sure this one was...
