This is what’s happened, one the four items that I have purchased in T.J Max location Savannah,it was a dress but this one in particular the size don’t fit me, this morning I went at Poler store location asking help with my order and one of the managers didn’t help me with a refund because the dress wasn’t in the store of Poler, so I am wondering what is the priority for the customer ???? why I should go to Savannah location for return the dress when I can do it at Poler location ??? I am not from the area and stopped by TJ Maxx during my visit. While browsing, I came across a gorgeous beautiful top that I absolutely loved but I was disappointed to find it had a small hole in it. That is when Meera stepped in. She took the time to look at the fabric, worked her magic, and was able to move the material around to fix the hole. It made me so happy because I had been loving that top from the moment I saw it and she found a perfect solution.

The rest of the staff was just as kind and accommodating. One of the girls even went out of her way to search the store for another top in the same style just in case. The store itself was very clean, well organized, and a pleasure to shop in.

I enjoyed my time here so much that I felt compelled to leave this review. Meera’s exceptional service along with the friendliness of the entire team turned what could have been a disappointing shopping moment into a wonderful experience. Worst experience ever. I’m visiting this area for military training and found some protein powder and a shaker. The shaker was priced on the front and when I went to check out the young lady said it’s mistagged and said there’s a tag on the side. I asked how much did that tag say and it was the “original” price. She then said they usually give it for the lower price since it was mistagged but she went and got the manager. The manager looked at me and said she would go see if there were more shakers to check the price. She then returned back with the bottle and the mistagged price removed and asked me if I still wanted it. I told them I no longer wanted it just for the principle. I did not mistag the item and should not have to pay a price that was on the side of the item when they mistagged it on the front. Very dissatisfied with their customer service and feel racially discriminated against when I am here to serve my country but this is how I...
