Nice town good beaches just way too noisy. Traveling up and down west coast USA and only town we stayed in that allowed truckers to use there engine brakes through town even though it is signed in town as illegal and the road is flat and 30 miles an hour. Use to drive truck, this is simple toggle on/off switch on dashboard for downhill auxiliary brake use. Plan on being awake (all dining and motels right on highway)by 3:30 am if staying overnight and forget dinning here with the unnecessary discomfort of blasting noise---especially outside dinning.
