If I could give this place zero stars I would..

This business got new owners in August 2024. We've also been 3 times since the new owners. All 3 for birthday parties, one in August 2023, once in January 2024 and once in March 2024 and all 3 visits we have come home with either pink eye or hand foot and mouth, or this last time, March 2024 we got both pink eye and hand foot and mouth. My kids wear socks and I sanitize their hands multiple times as well as wash with soap multiple times during playing and after we leave. I don't believe that they sanitize this structure at all.

Jokes on us for coming all 3 times that we have, but we will not be giving this business our time or money anymore.. we had thought it was weird the last two time we came home with pink eye or hand foot and mouth, but we had also been to a couple other kids places but this time. We are in a move and hadn’t gone anywhere other than the grocery store in 12 days before we went here for a party, so we know without a doubt that it came from this business.. and our pediatrician has also mentioned that several cases of this has come in since August with a lot of them having frequented this play area shortly before…

Mind you, we went 5-7 times from April- July when we first moved here because they had discount Tuesdays, where it was half off on Tuesday, and we had never gotten anything from this place besides a stuffy nose which is common when taking toddlers to a play area.. but the fact that we've gotten pink eye and hand foot and mouth twice now in 6 months is unacceptable...

The joke of the pricing at this business since the new owners have taken over in August 2020 is laughable. They just released their "summer savings" and it's $250 per child to go for ONE HOUR A DAY for a SINGLE MONTH. Who is the freaking economy can afford that, if they have more than one child... and that's just the LOWEST TEIR of their supposed "savings" this place is a disgusting joke and I wouldn't...

We went to try this place out for the first time today, my daughter was playing up in the jungle gym area, and slipped off of the balance beam and her leg fell through the netting and she got stuck. I ran to try and pull her out she was screaming I tried to pull her out but she was still stuck. We were both screaming for help, not a single staff was to be found. Luckily a grandma and another lady came running over trying to help, she was too stuck we couldn't get her leg to budge. So we ended up having to cut the net finally after 10 minutes of my daughter being stuck a staff who was only a teenager come over but instead of helping she just stood there despite us asking multiple time for her to get scissors. Finally the other mom came running with the scissors and cut my daughter out. Staff never once apologized or even approached me. An older staff what I would assume was a manager was called and when she arrived she also did not even approach me or say anything instead they were just freaking out about having to now repaired the netting. My daughters leg is...

I took my son here for the first time today, and he absolutely LOVED it. I originally paid for an hour but since he still wanted to have more fun, I paid an additional half hour for him to keep enjoying himself. This option is fantastic, because an extra hour would’ve been too long for myself to handle. The pricing is well within reason, the piano smelled of stinky feet but other than that everything seemed cleaned. I’m 7 1/2 months pregnant and was able to help my 2 year old get around fairly easy. He of course has way more energy than I do, so I’m more exhausted than he is. I highly recommend this for any family with young children from infant to 5 years. There is a bathroom specifically for little kids, and a separate one for adults, and concession for snacks and drinks, as well as a water fountain in case your child gets thirsty while playing. Even better, there are step stools for your littles to use. I have nothing but good things to say about this place, don’t miss out on...

Experience the world of soft play, where kids can play in a safe environment with soft surfaces and equipment. Northwest Soft Play center in Post Falls is a great space for all ages, but is primarily focused towards the younger crowd. The ideal age for this center would be 8 months- 4yo, though you can bring kids up to 8yo. Everything is soft, fun and safe for all ages. There is no sharp edges, bark or metal bars. The floor, stairs, and toys are all soft play based & geared towards toddlers. Soft play environments allow your child to gain confidence in their exploring while being safe! You will find activities that include a ball pit, slides, a soft play castle, bouncy animals, interactive toys, rotating soft octopus, and lots more. There is also a small space for children that are crawling to explore & play. MUST WEAR SOCKS at all times.

What a wonderful place for littles to get their wiggles out! I appreciate that they allow for a customized time experience; 1+ hours and can even accommodate half hours! The whole facility is clean and well planned out. The family that owns this place is top knotch! They have made us feel comfortabley welcome each visit. There's a kid's bathroom, toddler toilet seats, changing station for babies, stools to assist in hand washing; very comforting for a potty training mama! Tables and a high top bar area to watch the littles if you're not actively on the floor with them. Many different things to explore and climb on, though the ball pit might be my littles' favorite thing. Highly recommend!
