As much as I would love to leave a five star review for this beautiful location I simply cannot for the following reason. I've purchased one thing this November as a gift and that's the only purchase I've made at a Kohl's location in the last decade. I went to redeem my Kohl's cash today only to find out that it was already redeemed online but unfortunately they could not offer me any other information besides the fact that they could not honor the coupon that I'd come in to use. I do have other family members that live in the city area and they have extensive purchase histories both online and at our local Kohl's location here in Queen Creek. I'm turning it over to my aunt to talk to corporate to get it straightened out because I simply don't have the desire to shop at Kohl's and go after $15 that I should have gotten today; it's literally the only reason I went back to that location. I'm happy to shop at other stores like I normally do where I don't have to put up with this kind of garbage. Once this is remedied then I'd be happy to modify this review to a five-star instead of a one-star review.
Having said that, I was given amazing customer service and assistance when I was looking for a wallet in the men's area. As hindsight is 20/20, I didn't happen to get her name but she was a petite woman (I believe she was Hispanic if I had to take a guess š) incredibly nice and helpful- we actually had a few minutes of banter back and forth while she helped me find something through the mess. I presume that was created in trying to get all the items back into place from the craziness of the shoppers beforehand. So if Kohl's has any intention on doing the right thing, then I'd be happy to get this a five-star because she really earned it for the entire store... but unfortunately something else is going on and I don't feel right about being taken...

The QC location is decent and their Sephora is well stocked (minus the Huda and Hourglass lines) but I feel like the demographics out here in QC really short change the offerings available in store for both Kohl's and Sephora. Just an observation from my last visit but staff make themselves scarce when you're looking for help. I've never had that many employees (total of 6) who avoided eye contact with me while I was trying to find something and literally scurried off to avoid being pulled away from whatever they were doing. I know they're hourly but don't work retail if you don't wanna deal with customers needing assistance. It took me a little over 10 minutes (a long time when you're waiting in a department store) to find someone willing to help who wasn't too "busy". I finally found a sweet young girl who was able to confirm they did not have an item I was looking for. The employees working the Sephora store inside were much more approachable and helpful than anyone else in the entire store. Idk if it's just the area we're in or the generation but ick on the customer service. I would compare it to Walmart level customer service. I went up to counter told the lady I had 3 different barcodes for my returns. The lady only scan one at moment. I told her I had 2 more barcodes since it was 3 different returns. Then she said well I would appreciate if it was all in one transaction. I try explain it was 3 different returns and she got an attitude and started shaking her head. Then she stated well maybe I didn't hear you. At that point I ask her why was she getting upset and getting an attitude when I specifically told her I had 3 different returns. She kept trying to talk over me and wouldn't let me talk. Eventually I had to ask her to please be quite so I can I talk. I did tell her that was one of worse customer service I have ever experienced at that store. She finally scanned the other 2 barcodes and I left.
