Amelia Aesthetics — Attraction in Raleigh

Today Was my first visit to any kind of medspa and I went to Angie at Amelia esthetic. As a man this is not probably typical and for me being someone who is not terribly vain and pretty comfortable about who I am , it was quite a stretch. So we need the back story of why I took the leap into a world I really know nothing about. The back story is that my beautiful wife is very much into beauty and looking as youthful as she feels. I can attest that she has really dedicated a good part of her life being the best she can be and my check book can validate that approach. The weird thing is that I have to say it has all been worth it , her skin is really amazing for any age but remarkable for her age ( a little tip for you ladies ,my wife never and I repeat never misses her nightly face routine of washing with gentle cleaner and probably some thing else but all I know is she tells me I’am going in to wash my face and that means bedtime it is) So my wife looks great but the other day she went in for fillers to her face and when she came home I could not believe how great and even younger she looked ( now I was pretty sure she did not need anything more prior to her going) I did not know what Angie was going to do but her magic was quite stunning and really a game changer. Long to the short of it was I took a look in the mirror and realized I looked my age so I swallowed hard and called Angie for an appt. Went in today and it was pretty amazing , she is really gentle and supportive but A couple times it stung a little. After the appointment I was shocked at how much better my face looked and how my age lines had significantly diminished. I was very please and happy I took the plunge. It really does change your attitude and perspective positively. Angie was super and the people are all super nice and the spa is beautiful. Take the plunge people wish I had done it 20 years ago. ...

I can't say enough about this place and Dr Pyle. When I initially set up my consultation, I had 3 more set up with other surgeons but after my experience, I cancelled them all! My husband and I felt so comfortable as soon as we walked in the office. The office was so clean and modern. The front desk staff were amazing and super helpful. I was then taken to a room by Jessica who instantly made me feel comfortable. We took images and she was super friendly and informative. We were then taken to a room as we awaited Dr Pyle for his consultation. The consult was way more then I expected. Dr Pyle listened to my expectations and was considerate of all my "wants and needs". He was very informative and never pushy on anything. I felt super comfortable with what he was telling me. He answered all my questions and just listened to me explain what I wanted. It's very rare to have a doctor listen to you. After my consult, I cancelled all my other consults....No need! I found the perfect surgeon for me! The procedure day came and I was greeted with the same professional staff. The anesthesiologist eased all my nerves and had me super comfortable before the procedure. Dr Pyle met with me prior to surgery and helped ease my anxiety as well. After the surgery, during recovery, I was able to communicate with the staff as I needed. They were super quick to respond with all my questions and Dr Pyle even called me the night of surgery and left me his cell if I needed him. So thoughtful. I was checked on and all my questions were answered immediately during my recovery period. I couldn't ask for a better team. I am currently 22 weeks post op and I couldn't be happier with my results. Dr Pyle and his profession knowledgeable staff get a 10 out of 10 from me. If you are looking a great surgeon and staff, this is the place to go. Thank you Dr Pyle and staff for a wonderful...

I had a mommy makeover in February 2020, right before the pandemic happened. Both of my follow up appointments were over the phone which I understand had to happen. However once we were finally able to return to in person and I saw Dr Pyle, he completely blew me off when I addressed my concerns with my healing. My belly button looks awful and I ended up having to go to wound care after my surgery because of an infection. I have left over skin along my sides that definitely should have been taken during surgery! I payed for lipo of my back and it wasn't even touched. When I asked about my back he said it looked fine - then he checked his chart and realized I had insurance and completely changed his tune, he said: "ohhh yeah I see it now, let's do something about it." Yes because it was on my dollar and not his, it's obviously about the money for him. He doesn't care about the outcome of his patients or if they are satisfied with their results. He said I would receive a call from the scheduler about a new surgery to fix my belly button and lipo for my back. I NEVER received a call on the date I was supposed too. I tried calling and never could get in touch with the scheduler after multiple attempts and voicemails. I started feeling very uneasy about letting them cut into me again, if they couldn't even follow through with a simple call back. They truly only care about initial consultation and once your a patient they literally could careless about your recover or results. They do however have great marketing strategies. They use influencers (the influencers receive discounts for talking positively about their surgeries) which definitely makes it seem that they have done great work with lots of positive reviews. However talking to REAL patients that have used Dr Pyle the majority seemed unhappy with their results. I definitely recommend...
