Rude customer service to me and my family. And the worst part is we have been coming so much weeks from her opening and given her business so much money and support. We drive far too! We get one moment of rudeness and this is how she handles it. Rudely!!! Apples might be good but rude people in background. Not going back there. Plus we saw roaches outside and inside shop. The last apples we got were brown and candy melted off before we could reach home. Quality going down! P.S. No one trolled or colorized or disrespected you or your deceased. We loved her. Mom used to gave us some out of the fridge to make sure we reached back with them good as she knew we were regulars and knows what good customer service is. At least she was nice and had manners, unlike you and the youngster. You made a mistake when you put the rude young one up front. We all over 45 spending and she does not want to please the customer with her rude face and ways. Audacity. Teach the child manners and put mature, rational adults up front, not rude kids! Take a lesson from your mom and do the same. Be nice and courteous to customer needs when they spending!! She was wonderful to do business with. Made jokes with my family. We loved her. Better that You and the rude child for sure. You just looking for stuff to blame bc you got caught doing wrong. Trying to hide in your PM. Teach the child manners and have adults present who know how to give better customer service. You banned no one. I blocked your crazy butt first and told you we are not returning. I told you one customer can mean your whole business. Get your self together and stop blaming and putting up a fake front!!!! These are my opinions bc of how I was treated by you and your help for a simple request of a post and better treatment when we were at your shop. We were greeted with rudeness as a group. Period!!! People need to know they can encounter this!!!! Plus, she never banned anyone. She was blocked by all of us. K Stayed up at night ringing my phone like a crazy lady after hours and we ignored her. She was harassing!!! We blocked K. You Just can't take rejection. You think you are perfect. But two-faced!!! We told her we were not coming back first, then she comes with this response below and hide behind Christianity to turn stuff around to make herself look good. Please! Rude is rude! You so called Christian family guys can be the worst. Own up to your wrongs. Stop calling my house late like a crazy lady more than once bothering my family and I because we called you out and messed up your perfect image you were trying to portray. Big liar. Since you want to lean on God, he knows who is lying. Just know that. There is a first time for everything. She searching all over the internet to cover her butt to see what we say because she is guilty! These are her true colors people. Just mean!!! Leave me alone and let me state my own experience. I have that right. Sorry you do not like it, but I did not like my groups treatment. We thought you would be more mature and handle it better but you handle it just like the child you put in charge. I was skeptical at first, I mean seriously?! My wife showed me pics and the Facebook page for Kandy Apples by K back in December 2020 and I was impressed by how the apples looked and the reviews that were left by everyone. Again, I must say that I was still skeptical, but I was interested in the “Lucy Glo” so I decided to take a trip to the location(January 2021)and grab a few of the Lucy Glo candy apples. Upon entering the shop, I was floored by how unique each and every candy apple was! The variety! The different flavors! The colorful candy apples displayed were absolutely beautiful! The shop itself was very clean, unique, quaint, and artfully pleasing to the masses! Now, I’m not going to make this any longer than I need to, because I can go on and on about this place...so here’s my final verdict: I have now been back to Kandy Apples by K on four different occasions(Yes! This month is still January! Lol) I have tried a variety of different apples, candied pineapple, and the sour patch grapes! I cannot tell you that I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavors that I have had!
