Ralston's Baright Public Library — Attraction in Ralston

This is one of the best kept secrets in Ralston. Having one of those days you just want to have a quiet moment to get out of the house to catch on some emails or update your blog? Head to this library its an oasis of peace. It doesn't have the big vast feeling like the Omaha Public Library but its quiet and cozy. It's a lovely little library. We love the children's book area. It's nice that it's in its own room that doors can close on so kids can't run away easily. They have a lot of special things that can be checked out aside from books, which is great. (Video games, telescopes, lawn games, movies, etc.). The only down side of a smaller library is more limited book selections, mostly I've found for YA or adult book selections. But overall we LOVE this library and the staff is super friendly...
