Not the typical , Dairy Queen. Ordered lrg Superman blizzard, Banana Split, kids chocolate cone, large cheese curds, and a md. Blizzard. The current temperature at this location is 93°F. I ordered at 6:07pm. We pulled to the window and immediately paid and were handed all of the ice cream. We are currently less than a minute from the hotel we are in . They handed all the ice cream immediately which started to immediately melt . While they had us wait several minutes while the cheese curds cooked. (,nice that we got them fresh) I mentioned to the cashier that maybe you should wait to pass out the ice cream as it is almost 100 degrees out. Her response was we don't want them melting in here on our counter. This tells me several things. 1 , poor leadership. 2.no knowledge of time management and the process of food ,making food and orders. Where everything gets done at a almost precise exact time where your cold food stays cold and your hot food stays hot. That doesn't exist here. At 6:16 after we got into our room which was 9 minutes later all of our ice cream was melted. I noticed the banana split had no chocolate, no strawberry, and had what seemed like caramel apples on it and whipped topping that's it. Out of the 37$ we spent the only thing worth the money was the 10.99 cheese curds. I called the store manager , he offered a replacement, but after the argumentive attitude the cashier had (also a issue with asking for a ranch cup) I just decided to take the loss and vear far away from this location as I would recommend you do the same and go to Sonic down the street where all your food will arrive at...
Read moreA while back, we went in there, me my father and sister, we went through the drivethrough. We ordered 8 blizzards, they messed up four out of the eight. So we asked for it to be redone. I could tell the poor guy was new, his name was gabe or something, he was getting frustrated, but he did try everything in his power to get my dads order right. A manager by the name of jessie, that I have had problems with before, was very rude when she brought the reorder out. After 20 minutes of frustration I decided to leave. When my father got home he decided to call the head manager of this place. The night manager from the night before, when asked if he could speak with the general manager became belligerent, and acted like she did not want to give the phone to the general manager. After he spoke with the general manager about his experience, she went on to tell him and I that we were banned from the store. Incensed he contacted corporate and have tried to contact them 5 times since, but the owner has never gotten back to me. It is now a year since this has happened, and his bank told him just last week, that they refunded him finally for all the blizzards that were messed up. His and mine advice, avoid...
Read moreNiccole Rohde 126 points 2 hours agoMe and my boyfriend visited this location for some ice cream! While the ice cream was being prepared an employee put her nose in the ice cream! Which is nasty ! Then when my boyfriend asked her if she re made the ice cream. She stated it wasn't his she did that to. Then she started to get loud with another employee. My boyfriend ask to speak to the manager who came out and talked to him. She responded that it wasn't even your ice creme. Which that mean that she seen what happened and did nothing at all. She said that's what happens when we hire 15 and 16 year Olds. She said she would have a talk with her about this matter. We have been here for 30 minutes and never seen her say anything to the employee. While sitting in a family restaurant I can here employee using profanity. This should be a family friendly restaurant this is unacceptable. A restaurant should be ran by a manager who cares about how their customers feel. She must not care her customers! Also the employee keep coughing and not washing her hands. Something need to be done about this problem. The person name that's on my receipt is Adamaris. Order ID...
