This place will do quality work. That's about the only compliment i can give them.

I called around town, looking for a store that installs JBL. Sundance was the first I found so I took it to them. I specifically said I wanted JBL GX 963s on the rear deck as I already had these speakers installed in the front doors. When I got the car back, they charged me the JBL price for POS Cerwin Vegas. My stock speakers sounded better then the Cerwin Vegas.

Claud has a terrible habit of over promising and under delivering. Stop the bulls#%! and just be straight forward with people. Don't tell someone that you will work on it all day until it's done only to not have it until the next AFTERNOON!!! I had to UBER to pick up my kids at 1:15 when he had already told me to come in because my car was ready to go at noon!

They disconnected my rear view camera and steering wheel audio functions and when I pointed that out, Claud says, "oh, yeah if you want those we can do that for you, they don't cost very much." I paid these guys way way too much money for them to be taking features away from my car and charging me to get them back.

This was incredibly frustrating to do business with this guy because all he had to do was be honest and give me what I asked for and he would have gotten 5 stars. He could have even charged me another $500 in labor costs just to be honest and give me what I asked for and I STILL would have given him 5 stars.

I will say that my stereo sounds great but it was only after I took his Cerwin Vegas out and put the speakers I asked...

Well as the saying goes on Yelp... "If I could leave NO Stars I would." If I had the time to take this punk to court I would as well. Claude the owner who sometimes pretends to only be "a manager" and offers the owners telephone number to only ignore the call or gives a fake number. The guy at the shop doing the work IS Claude...the owner. As I won't bore you with a long story...I will say stay far away. The guy is not mentally stable and will throw threats around freely. He sells knock off products and uses real name places and product names freely. Do not let this guy have your money...the attitude changes once he does. Do not judge his work or say it was done wrong...he will threaten your life. He pays to advertise on Yelp and somehow gets a new account over and over again when the negative reviews start rolling in. Claude if you see this...you are unstable and need to take your own thoughts seriously and retire. How many times are you going to relocate your shady business and start a new name. You spend more time repairing and correcting your mistakes than just doing quality work...oh that's right this is the best you can do. Time to retire man...with social media and this thing called the Internet...your old shady scams are caught much faster. Shoot even Yelp should walk away from you....your making...

People need to realize that this is a business and not one where things are free. If you want quality custom stereo systems then you need to be prepared to pay for labor, merchandise and wiring and custom install labor. You have to understand that if you go to Best buy and purchase goods then you will have to make an appointment to get work done and be prepared to pay for everything i.e. wiring harness, speaker wire. Why would you think that Sundance is like McDonald's and have your order done in 30 minutes and get free fries i.e wiring. Bottom line is that the shop does great work if you can afford your expectations. My example is this: Hey Mr, I want 2 12" subs and a enclosure and 2 pair of really good door speakers and use upgraded 16 guage wiring for the 2 amps to run everything, usually a good set of 6 1/2" front door mids will come with dash tweets, remember the most important thing to pay for is the Deck which is usually going to be over 500 for a really good one. All of this installed with quality work is going to run 4250-5000 easy. You have to get it from the source who knows. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. But Sundance will do there best to make you happy about your purchase but sometimes people can't be pleased and that's not...
