First and foremost, let me highlight our waiter, Albert. He is an absolute gem who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Albert's caring and responsive nature truly sets him apart. Not only does he remember our names, but he also anticipates our needs, making us feel like valued guests. It's rare to find such exceptional service, and Albert delivers it effortlessly.

I must also acknowledge the maitre d', Jeff. With his warm smile and genuine kindness, he creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Jeff's expertise in wines is truly remarkable. He effortlessly recommends the perfect wine pairing for each dish, elevating the entire dining experience. Whether you're a seasoned oenophile or new to the world of wines, Jeff's guidance will ensure a delightful and well-matched selection.

The steaks at this place are unparalleled. Cooked to perfection, each bite is a celebration of flavor. Juicy, tender, and bursting with savory goodness, it's evident that the chefs take immense pride in their craft. The menu offers a variety of cuts, all of which are expertly seasoned and cooked to the desired level of doneness.

The attention to detail extends to the beverage service as well. Jeff, the maitre d', possesses exceptional wine expertise. His passion for wine shines through as he provides personalized recommendations and shares his wealth of knowledge. With Jeff's guidance, we were able to explore new flavors and discover hidden gems in the restaurant's impressive wine selection.

In summary, our favorite steak house has truly set the bar high when it comes to exceptional service and top-notch food. With Albert as our dedicated waiter and Jeff as the maitre d', we feel like part of the family each time we visit. From remembering our names to attending to every detail, they embody the epitome of customer care. Combine that with the remarkable culinary offerings and the expertise of Jeff in wines, and you have an experience that is second to none.

Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for an outstanding meal, this steak house is an...

Title: Exceptional Service at Roxy restaurant & bar

I my friend n I dined at Roxy on Sam Hui concert and I can't help but share my exceptional experience, thanks to the incredible team led by Manager Tony, the outstanding busboy Ricardo, and the lovely receptionist Debra.

From the moment I walked in, it was evident that this restaurant values professionalism and customer satisfaction. I encountered a small issue with extending my stay, as I needed to sign my comp due to an unexpected extra night. Unfortunately, my host was unavailable and didn't respond to my calls, which left me feeling quite disappointed.

That's when Tony stepped in to save the day. He went above and beyond to assist me in resolving the situation. He patiently helped me reach out to the front desk and other relevant departments to ensure that everything was taken care of promptly. Tony's dedication and willingness to assist truly impressed me, and his professionalism was evident throughout our interaction. Tony, you're truly awesome!

I also have to commend Ricardo, the busboy, who, in my opinion, is the best busboy in the world. He seemed to have a sixth sense, keeping a watchful eye on every single table in the restaurant. His attentiveness and quick service made my dining experience even more enjoyable. Ricardo, your dedication to your role is commendable.

Lastly, a big shoutout to Debra, the receptionist. She welcomed me with a warm and friendly smile, creating a pleasant atmosphere right from the beginning. Her professionalism and sweet demeanor added to the overall positive impression I had of Roxy.

In conclusion, my recent visit to Roxy was nothing short of exceptional, and it's all thanks to the incredible team led by Manager Tony, the exceptional busboy Ricardo, and the sweet and professional receptionist Debra. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for outstanding service and a memorable dining experience. Thank you all for making my visit truly special! I definitely will...

How can I express having one of the best meals, period.

I know how reviews can impact a business and I try to lean towards positivity and highlight the best features, unless of course its all just a dialed in mess.

At Roxys I experienced a level of service and taste that is absolutely next level.

Our waitress Lauren and runner Riley were absolutely on point. In fact i think we saw Riley put in close to 5k steps just while we were eating. It was quite a bit of motivational attention to detail and calorie burn. New diet routine?

The food. The pics we shared are so juicy you can almost smell the succulence. And the flavors IRL were wonderous.

I'm not sure how they did it but almost everything tasted better on the inside. You know when u get food that has a tasty crust but as you get farther in the taste goes meh?

The Catalan shrimp were perfectly cooked with all sorts of flavor from every angle. The steak was the best ive had, no sause needed. All the way through cooked perfectly with a rich almost decadent flavor. Yes, its better IMO than The Steakhouse and almost every other foofie place ive been the last few years. The salmon, so good but amazingly the jasmine rice it was served witb was just as good. The potatoes, creamy, rich and seriously sultry. Sexy potatoes, true.

The gelato, good enough to export to Vegas for reverse engineering. The dark chocoloate cake pie thing might actually reverse aging or let me die happy that i enjoyed it.

Renos best attraction is Roxys. Skip the gambling and save it for the guaranteed win at Roxys.

Kudos to Riley and Lauren.

Ps. Look us up in...

Fine dining for Reno in a busy casino right next door to it's live music bar. I found the experience to be lacking or at the very least to feel the inorganic fancy dineing feel (my group agreed to call it something of a 'fake fancy dining' or 'artificial fancy' experince) which left me thinking I came to the table way too sober to actually enjoy the experince. My most impressed and enjoy experience of the night was the wine selections. I wanted to pair my food with my wine, but I also wanted something I could pair with my friends food (steak). I was looking for something close enough to a nice aged zinfandel or a barbera. We were recommended a Spanish wine called Beronia which was 95% Tempranillo and was exactly what I was looking for. I am partial to the stars I gave due to the wine and French onion soup I got. Which the French onion soup also was lacking body in flavor. It was almost as if they ran out of house beef stock and used a store bought version of stock and substituted. You got almost a artificial sweetness to the soup. I got the scallions, which were on top of a crab hashbrown and a bed of roasted diced root vegetables. It also had a dressing of a garlic vinaigrette or aioli. The dish was small for the price, however I expected high class seafood with a amazing flavor and texture. What I got was 2 out of three scallions were over cooked and tough and the last one had shell in it when I bit into it. The crab hashbrowns, when expecting a soft inside and crunchy bite, I got dry and chewy. Aside from the food, the garson was wonderful and friendly and was very attentive.

2019 Thanksgiving at Roxy’s - Unimpressive... The menu sounded good but quality was missing. MENU SWEET POTATO SOUP Honey Truffled Sweet Potato Waffle Fries and Spiced Crème Fraiche ROAST DIESTEL TURKEY Fall stuffing, Cranberry Sauce, Thanksgiving Mashed Potatoes, Marshmallow Roasted Yams, Gravy and Brussels Sprouts PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE Spiced Graham Cracker Crust, Caramelized Butternut Squash, Frosted Pecans and Maple Syrup I came here a few years before, when they had the Truffle Butter Basted Turkey. (It was awesome and so were the sides). I decided to eat here again in 2019, after having such a great meal before. Right off the bat, I noticed the wine list was very pricey, better to wait and enjoy a bottle of good wine later at home for the same price as a glass of wine with dinner. I was disappointed that they didn’t have a Barbera on their menu. I noticed that my spoon was dirty as soon as the waiter set it on the table so I handed it back. He brought me a new spoon and I didn’t notice, at first, it was also dirty (dried on stuff incrusted on more than half of the backside of the spoon), seriously, again! I handed it back waiting to eat my soup. Not off to the best start... I couldn’t detect any truffle flavor in the waffle fries that garnished the soup. They were so thin the part in the soup was soggy at first nibble so I ate them all right away. None of the components of this meal were remarkable not even the desert! Even my wine glass was chipped. Sadly, I doubt if I’ll eat thanksgiving here again.
