Quistech/My-PC-ER is, without a doubt, the worst service provider Iāve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I took my iphone 13 Pro in for a simple back-glass repair that they assured me would be completed within six hours. I had no phone for 8 days while they kept making excuses. I had to go in pretty much every day because they kept telling me by the end of the day it would be fixed. Well, here I am, over TWO MONTHS later, and not only did they fail to complete the simple repair of my phoneāthey completely ruined it. After dragging their feet for months and offering no communication unless I hounded them, they finally gave me a "new phone." Itās clearly refurbished, and came grimy. It has been having major issues almost from day one, but I'd rather walk through hot coals than go back to them to deal with delays, broken promises, and their continuous stream of mistakes. I even sent them a polite letter, asking for very reasonable compensation for their absolute disaster of a service and the fact that Iām still stuck with a not fully functioning phone. And what did I get? Nothing. Not a word, not a cent. Just more proof that this company doesnāt care about its customers or the quality of its work. If youāre considering Quistech/My-PC-ER/ for any service, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. This company is a disaster, and should not be trusted to fix even a...

I turned it in on Friday at 5:00, and got it back the next Tuesday. I'm thrilled! My phone is as good as new. I'll come back!
Notes to Management: -the sticker you put on my phone with my info ripped a layer of plastic paint stuff off. I probs won't think about it again since it's under the case, so not a big issue. I brought it in several more times and the employees were continually helping me to get it resolved without an extra charge. They were patient and continually trying to help, and eventually, I got a person who actually does the repairs from the back help and he did very well.
