So fist of when I came in and dropped of my computer I thought they were great. Friendly faces, explanation simple enough. I bought the parts found out they don’t order from the factory but by used stuff, ok fine as long as they and I are not getting ripped off. Two things. I got it all matching parts, good but scratched and dinged up. Fine, they gave me some money back. Should work right? It’s only the outside appearance. Nope wrong, I try booting it up. Took forever, then tried to actually use it. You know those old computers that take forever to truly boot up... and then comes trying to open up an application? Ya that’s what I got. Wish I could get all my money back, they can have there terrible parts back.... it’s been 45 min and Microsoft just asked me to sign in... I will say they were patient in explaining things when I brought it back and explained I was not satisfied. But then they lied about calling me multiple times. They called once... and I don’t delete my messages or calls. Granted I brought a Karen as back up but I’m not one to go in and get upset, I work in the service industry so I know how it can be. So they had points...

Long story short, I came in with my new 3ds xl in March of last year. They said they can do the repairs, and we had pretty good communication from March to May (basics like cost and part ordering). I felt like I was pestering them a little, so I decided to wait until they called me. They never did. I went in yesterday and the owner made a laundry list of excuses "Im still trying to source a part, and the guy doing the repairs quit". I am totally understanding when it comes to work problems, but not communicating them for 8-9 months is completely unexcusable. Not to mention the parts they have been trying to source have been readily available from AliExpress this entire time. At this point I'm still out my 3DS and I'm regretting not bringing it to rextech across the street. I am even tempted to send it to one of those "fix other tech repairs mistakes, and blast them...
Read moreI went to get a new m.2 ssd installed and they called me twice about my pc having trouble to start even though I use it everyday. It took 6 hours for them to install it and when I went to Rex tech they said they could've done it in an hour. They didn't install any of the latest drivers even though they told me they did (Rex tech had to fix that for me) and when I went to pick it up he was putting my pc back together wrong right in front of me and was acting sketchy about my pc saying "I hope we fixed everything" and when the monitor went into sleep mode he said "I hope it didn't just turn off" showing that he wasn't trusting my pc to run properly. I got an email saying it would be 79.98$ but they made me pay 99$ even after all their poor...
