My boyfriend put a very special and delicate necklace of mine through the wash and I called these lovely ladies up to see what they could do. They had me come in the next day, took the necklace, and gave me a quote and time-frame for the repair. A little over a week later, I got a call saying it was ready and we set up a time for me to pick it up. This is a small shop, but they have some very beautiful things & they are all custom made! No one else will have what you buy. Can't vouch for prices, because I was there for a repair. They repaired my earring with no charge! A repair on a fine box chain; very economical.

They told me that now I'm a customer, I'm one of the family & I believe it. What an awesome, personal experience! I'm planning to search for a pearl drop earring & get a price to have them made.
