I got my son a brand new switch lite for christmas and purched the 2 year extended warrenty well the speaker in it goes out so I take it up a couple weeks after christmas and they will not replace it with a new one they gave me a used swich with scratches all over it and its not even the same color nor was there a price adjustment for me getting a used console I will never shop here ever again. Bought a ps3 and 6 games there brought the ps3 home the controller didn't work. Took everything up was told I didn't need to do that it was just the controller they didn't even check it out gave me another controller went home it still didn't work went back up it was the system they should of checked in the first place! All the employees are very kind, and take the time to answer any questions you may have and are always willing to chat about video games and products. Never have I been disappointed when visiting any of the gamestop locations. Except when I check my wallet when I leave -.- they can get expensive...but other than that Its a great store with great people and really makes you feel part of the gaming community! Boom...
