Galleria 6 Cinemas — Attraction in Richmond Heights

Friday matinee ticket price was the only reason I went here. Even though purchasing ticket online and adding them to Apple wallet, you still have to visit the ticket booth to get a paper copy just for someone at the door to tear it in half. The prices at the snack counter are just as expensive as every movie theater. The worker today forgot what drink I ordered within 10 seconds of me ordering one drink and one popcorn. There’s no clear signage for straws or napkins. If you want salt for your popcorn, you have to ask the person at the counter. They only have regular table salt from what I could see. The popcorn was extremely stale, the button was too fake and the popcorn didn’t taste like they using Flavorcol. They probably popped it two hours ahead of time. Went to see naked gun movie, not many people inside of the theater. The movie trailer got frozen halfway through, you had to just watch the frozen movie screen with the green screen rating for about 10 minutes. A worker came inside the auditorium to adjust the curtains because the screen was not large enough for the movie. 15 minutes before the movie ended, an unidentified worker came into the back to sit in the back row and look at their cell phone with a bright screen. The volume of the previews was extremely loud, but the volume of the movie was medium to medium low. The brightness of the movie was medium low and not bright enough to see most of the details of the movie. If I would’ve known this experience was this bad, I would’ve paid seven dollars more to go to a namebrand theater. Save yourself time and hassle, just spend a few extra bucks to go...

Let me start off by saying im leaving 4 reviews ONLY because Nathan Smith is AWESOME! I love the way he immediately addressed my issue and apologized. I really appreciate you Nathan because my 3 year old said his feelings were hurt. Now lets get to Andrew omg VERY,VERY,VERY RUDE. First off when we walked up to the counter no hello how are you nothing which is fine when your not in a customer service position...... My son(3 year old) asked can he say what movie we were going to see...of course i said yes so he say s we are going to see (the movie) Andrew smirks and looks at my son with a weird face and says " NOW, how can i help you....I was like wow ok than he say 2 adults and 2 children.... I said did the rules change and i have to pay for him...he says how old is he i respond 3 he says " you lying but ok, I said excuse me he says theres no way this little black kid is talking that much and he's 3...I almost took it to another level but i just paid and kept walking and thats when i ran into Nathan.....Overall the movie was great and the theatre was clean and...

Horrible.... they workers horrible!!! Had 4 kids with me!!! My daughter started to clown she's 4.... I took her outside the movie to discipline her and also come her down... This Girl or Guy really not sure follows me to the bathroom and waits then follows me around.... Creeped out I look back... he states this is not the place... I'm like WHAT I'm disciplining my daughter...but y are u following me? FYI WE JUST LEFT THE LADYS ROOM THATS WHERE I WAS discipling her!!
