St. Louis Bread Co. — Restaurant in Richmond Heights

My son and I stopped at Panera Bread in The Galleria yesterday morning we ordered three Asiago Bagels sliced I ordered mine to be toasted and he ordered a cream cheese with his. After standing there waiting I was given only two Bagels in a bag and the lady that took my order at the register told the woman bagging my order i get three. Then I mentioned I don't have my cream cheese it took two minutes for them to bend down in the refrigerator to hand me my cream cheese. Asiago Bagels were horrible. They were overcooked the cheese was so hard and dark on top you couldn't even taste the Asiago flavor in it. Lousy customer service. While eating my bagel i started tasting cinnamon in the bottom half. So i was given half asiago and half cinnamon bagel I will not be going back to this store. Also we followed the footsteps all the way around to the ordering desk when this girl decided she wanted to cut through tables and jumped in front of us to go Place her order. Worst Panera EVER!! I just finished a long shift and all I wanted was some turkey chili to soothe my long day. I ever to this Panera and had to park in from with my hazard light because there was NO parking . I asked for Turkey chili twice! The person and the cash register must not have cared. If that wasn’t bad enough, I waited more than 5 mins for something that was already prepared . It’s soup! It’s just a bowl of chili. I asked for my ETA and the kitchen representative gave me an order. I was parked with my hazard lights on so I just grabbed my food and drove home because I was so TIRED. During a recent visit with a friend we were harrassed. While my friend had enjoyed a bowl of soup and I a cookie we continued to sit and talk for awhile after finishing and during so the manager would keep making passes staring at us. Brushed it off the first few times but he continued to do so until closing. We were even having cordial conversation with an employee and when she returned to her register I could hear him tell her not to come back to our table. He seemed to have something against us for no reason we, sat peacefully and talked disturbing no one, yet we continued to be watched. He made a pass to the back and while looking over at us said doors closing in 30 minutes. He was rude and disrespectful for what seemed to be discrimination.
