over priced! over $200 for a semi formal short dress not allow an exchange or return within 24 hours that was a big ug oh moment for me when I was checking out high end dress stores usually allows returns and exchanges within 24 hours this store charges high end but acts like budget no return exchanges I owned a boutique and allowed a day or 2 on a big purchase hopefully other stores will open soon with the economy boom I agree you don’t do returns days later on or after a dance but you don’t pressure a child saying that you’re gonna throw it back on the rack and you can’t hold it for a couple hours either while the store is closed so let the child have a choice in a few hours to think about it and you should return stuff within 24 hours that’s before a dance I agree you don’t return stuff after dance but within a couple hours there’s no dance going on Ive traveled all over the world and high end dress shops do return or exchange within 24 hours so you’re wrong they don’t force you to keep it force you to make a choice at the cash register that is not a high end shop attitude just saying so yeah you don’t return anything after worn used or altered on anything Im just putting it out there so people know that if they go to your shop and their child is forced into a decision that you guys don’t do returns or exchanges even if they know that a Dance, is not happening at 9 o’clock at night on a Thursday your shop was great but I have the right to put my review on here because I didn’t appreciate the fact that you guys don’t do returns or couldn’t hold it while your shop was closed for seven hours so she can make a decision and they’re teenagers. The customer service here is unbelievably bad. I took my daughter here today to look for a homecoming dress and soon after we entered one of their employees (or maybe the owner) approached us and was incredibly rude and demeaning.

My daughter has been looking forward to homecoming for months and wanted a gorgeous formal ball gown. Right before we walked in the store she told us how she can wear a semi formal dress throughout her whole life, but how many opportunities will she get to dress like a princess? I agreed and told her how excited I was to be shopping with her at the place where I purchased my wedding dress.

We’ll the sunshine vanished as soon as we walked in and were told by someone who worked there that no one wears that type of dress to homecoming. She went on to say how my daughter would be the only one and that she hadn’t sold one dress like that to anyone in my daughters school for homecoming. Then she went on to tell us that we should be looking at the other parts of the store because the dresses by us were the most expensive.

We quickly left to go elsewhere and try to salvage the rest of the day, but my daughters confidence and excitement took a hit. She was second guessing everything she wanted the rest of the day until some incredibly kind employees stepped in to help build her up at another business nearby.

My wife, daughter and I were so excited to go here to buy my daughter a dress for her first high school dance. The whole way there my wife told my daughter how she bought her wedding dress, my daughters flower girl dress and blessing dress there and now we were going to be buying her first dance dress there as well.

Upon entering we were abruptly approached by an employee who told us that if my daughter bought a long formal homecoming dress (which is what she wanted) that she would be the only one wearing something like that. She went on to say that she hadn’t sold even one dress like that to anyone in my daughters school for homecoming. She then proceeded to tell us that we were in the area with the most expensive dresses and the more affordable ones were actually on the sides. Needless to say we immediately left.

If a customer comes into your business anticipating to buy a formal dance dress that is well within their means it is completely unacceptable to treat them like this. Going here completely deflated my daughters confidence and had her second guessing something she has been looking forward to for months.
