Went there 2 weeks ago to print of some HR paper work. Tried the 2 of the self service printers would not recognize my USB drive. Stood next to the printing area desk for 10 minutes. There where three reps that could see me on the other side of the room and there was no acknowledgement. Like calling someone on the radio or coming over to see if the guest needed anything. Two where cashiers so I guess they could not tell, the other looked like a floor lead. After the 10 I went over and asked for help and they said ok called someone on the radio. Nothing for 10 more minutes.
Then a "Manager" I am assuming came out and had another guest and he suggested the self service said I already tried that and told them the USB was not working. Tried to say well it could be your device. This was a brand NEW USB and i've had this issue before at this store with another device. Told him that and he said we would right w/th me. This was basically loading a PDF file on the PC and then pressing print. They could have gotten the floor manager over and done it. After 10 more minutes I walked out. Read moreI just called for printing services and the first call that I made was picked up and placed down. No one came to the phone at all. i could hear the entire background. The second call that I made immediately after, I expressed what happened on the first call, and the young lady that picked up did not show any empathy and instead of answering my questions reverted me to their website as if she was too busy to assist me and better yet, she assumed that I was near my computer at that very moment. My background professionally is customer service and I have a degree in business management and the second degree almost finished. I am getting really upset at how these big corporations run their businesses and how theses stores under them fell that they do not need to help us everyday people but can take our money when we spend it there out of no choice of our own at times, but rather than our needs. It is not right and Office Max was completely improper for the service that was provided today. They may not care but if they continue treating people like me in their community this way, it will catch up with them in the end, regarding...

I was in need of a specific-sized envelope, and unlike Target or Walmart, Office Depot had not one, but three different colors of the exact size I was looking for. While shopping, I also stumbled upon a great desk and bookshelf, both of which were perfect for my needs. A big shout-out to Dani for going above and beyond, assisting me with my purchase and even helping load the desk and shelf into my vehicle.

I’ve tried both Walgreens and FedEx for printing, but Office Depot’s printing services are far more efficient, and their supplies are unmatched compared to other stores in town.
