I would not recommend this place. As my personal interactions go I'll "politely" just say after being told $140.00 for 1 year of product/services for both $70 each with a reduced price each per year after the first year. Let me stop there I'll start at the beginning of what I thought to be completely paid for with a totally different understanding of what I paid for and what actually happened. After I already paid $200 my total bill with the "my" understanding of it to be paid in full $0 balance at the time it was paid. I paid in full and had a zero balance for services already performed/+ what was to be done at the final appointment schedule to still be completed. At the time appointment was made I owed $0 At the apontment "they" didn't do what was planned in services to be performed, delivered, brought, etc. At the end and the beginning "before he started I knew he didn't bring/performing what was discussed" of the "original" appointment I was told at the arrival "after I asked" and the end of the appointment prier to the departure "I clarified" it was told to me at the beginning why they changed the plan and the egnolagment of Owed still with me owing $0 and the original to be performed and owed still to me " at a later date after the time " about 7 or so days " They/I " noticed anything unusual" If I didn't " and I stated at the start I wouldn't and why" they would come back to complete everything still to be originally performed by. About 3 or so days after I received a call from them stating the $70 a peace offer 2/$140 total " Optional !!!! " Offered to me "I asked at that time if I answered no would it affect the offer if I changed my mind after the completion of what still owed to Me. " Ancered NO" told them at the time no thank you I cannot afford it I stated I was on the road at the time but I I would call him back if I had any more questions. Let's just say after that phone call it all went downhill at the end of the entire mess I had to pay over $700 so I could get back my electronics that I originally owned back which consisted of two laptops four plus tablets a cell phone and a few other devices may I add the only thing they looked at and returned was one cell phone and 2 roku's which they had returned at the appointment the other electronics they didn't bring touch or deliver as expected and paid for to do would not return to me unless I paid the 700 plus dollars for me Bill they said I owe. Let me just make a quick and final statement all the equipment that was ever involved in this whole transaction was owned by me paid for and had possession of prior to getting involved with them everything that was discussed at the initial time of everything it valued at about $800 that is the tour amount value at all electronics previously owned and paid for in full by me what I got back was my appointment the only thing in your turn was a memory stick and work hours work I did not get/expected to be performed I mean nothing I brought...
Read moreWhen I opened my laptop and got the "start up error" message, I freaked. With looming deadlines (as most of us are working from home), I reached out to Tech Time. I knew they would be able to help since they had recently helped me with a WIFI driver issue. During that repair they went the extra mile by allowing me to use a piece of equipment, which I love to call the "dongle" that allowed me to use my WIFI until the part I needed came in. I knew they were my first call when this start up issue happened. We had constant communication through the entire process, they dummied it down for me, so I truly understood the severity of the situation. They had me up and running in no time and even included software through their monitoring system that will save me from having the same issue again in the future. Not only are they a local family oriented business, they have a casual professionalism that is matched by few. I am a complete dummy when it comes to computer issues and they never made it feel that way. I will always use their service. Moving here from ATX where you are a number (and I say that lightly because I do love ATX), they not only made me feel welcome, but understood. They are professionals. Read moreI took my laptop to Tech Time because of the excellent reviews I found on line, and was it ever the right choice! They worked with my computer for 2 days until they found the problem. They called me several times in the process and always made me feel as if they had all the time in the world to explain things and answer my questions. When I went to the store to pick up my laptop the owner and the technician, Gerardo, who worked on my computer, spent nearly 45 minutes with me just explaining things and going over the diagnostics. They even let me go behind the bench to explain things to me. Those people not only know their stuff, but they obviously love doing what they are doing! Everyone was so kind and helpful, including the lady who answers the phone and first takes care of a new customer! I had to return the computer 3 days later with what turned out to be a Facebook/browser problem. They suggested a different browser and that has fixed the laptop!
