The Ski Bay Donuts — Restaurant in Rockport

Went in earlier today just before they closed, and ended up leaving with a free bag of donuts filled up to the brim!! The people running the shop are so nice, and are very welcoming. The donuts were amazing, along with the boba we got! I got a frappe with a delicious shot of espresso, my friend got a Thai tea with tapioca, and my sister got a coconut milk with tapioca. Let's not beat around the bush. This little shop is a bit small, and may be in need of some more help - around 10am, on a Saturday in this little town, it took us 30 minutes or so to get out with a dozen jelly filled, 6 old fashioned, 4 kolaches & 2 dozen holes. The parking lot isn't exactly tiny - maybe a dozen spots, but it's a bit tight with a big truck. I'd completely avoid it with a trailer. All of that said, customer service was top notch. They are officially open now!! 😃 First impression- open and bright and VERY clean!They had plenty of goodies in the displays to choose from 👍🏻. The staff were very friendly and welcomed my daughter and I as soon as we walked through the door… A+ for them on their great customer service!
