Raley's — Attraction in Rohnert Park

My family frequented the Rohnert Park Round table for thirty years, but we are now officially done!   A week ago we got a burned large pizza.  We called that same evening and asked if we would PLEASE order non-burned pizza next time.  We asked if a pizza could simply be pulled out just a minute or so before and the young lady said absolutely . . . she said just ask at the time of order.  Well today we ordered online and specifically wrote in the "other instruction" section to PLEASE not burn the pizza.  We received yet another over-cooked pizza.  WE'RE DONE!

Kevin (store manager) at Mountain Mike assured us that would never happen with them and they are our new pizza shop for good.  Several others we know already moved on from Round Table for the same reason.  We were told this would happen and they were all correct.  We had many years of good service from you, but I guess all things change.  You are not the friendly shop you once were. I've been shopping at Raley's since 1980. It was recently opened. Throughout that time, there have been a lot of changes. The employees, of course, have changed. As have the guys who work in the pharmacy. But there is a friendliness that has always been there. They're kind of like family to me and I look forward to seeing the people I know. They did a major makeover a few years ago and while shopping there during that time was time consuming and somewhat confusing, they had lots of employees helping us find what we needed in whichever isle it happened to be in. When they were done the store was beautiful. Prices can be a bit high. It works for me because I work the ads, plan my trips, use my coupons and make use of their Something Extra program where you get special prices, coupons, and "Raley's Money," among other benefits. I highly recommend Raley's to grocery shoppers. It also has a pharmacy, bank and coffee bar inside. I'm sticking...

My experience was the same all three times i visited their store. one employee from the bakery deli. went out of his way to be kind and helpful. but the front end manager , who was diff. all three visits was rude, cruel, went out of there way to embarrass me.I was using my ebt card , something went wrong and i needed help. what a mistake. let the ridiculing begin. i ran out of the store humiliated , in tears very very upset. After calling ebt. hotline i found it was the employees fault for the whole mess. I was charged over and over putting my card over limit. The employee "helping me", ha ha, was speaking so loud every time it didn't work making the remark " why don't you just use another card?", "you don't have money or another card?, OMG really Ma'am?"
