Sourdough & Co — Restaurant in Rohnert Park

So I ordered two sandwiches, and I love this sandwich company. However, today, epic failure, we ordered two sandwiches and got something similar to what we ordered but not what we ordered. The French dip with may only and two cheese, and a turkey avocado sandwich Not what we got My husband is allergic to mustered. He got a roast beef with mustered onion bacon sandwich And i got a turkey salami all the fixin. Which would be ok, but I was really looking for the avocado. So I called and advised the girl on the phone who put me in hold and then hung up on me what the issue was and she handed the phone to her manager as she sassy told him I was bad mouthing her. Then the manager young gentleman got on the phone and said, "What's the problem?" So I told him, who said I made those sandwiches, and then I told him we were coming to get the new sandwiches and he said "yeah I have a few before yours but they should be done by the time you get here." Tried this place a few times before giving my review. PROS: 1.) The store is clean and the lemon cookie was good.

CONS: 1.)The Sourdough bread is not good. Bland and undercooked.

2.) Every time I've gotten a sandwich, they over sauce it... Probably to make up for the bland bread they serve.

3.) SALAD- Sad lettuce, gross chicken and the dressing tasted sour.

4.) The staff is not very friendly. They do not know how to interact with customers at all! Very unwelcoming!

5.) Basic drinks and chips.. Just not much to choose from. pretty sad selection.

Basically, this is a subway with undercooked bland sourdough.

Reilley and Mady are really wonderful. Reilley made a wonderful sandwich for me the best turkey sandwich i ever had. Mady is very friendly, professional and kind. Excellent customer service. Last time my sandwich wasn’t good and they gave me a discount to make it right.
