I went to New York Bagel with my classmates after lecture and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I was provided with. I asked for a egg and cheese bagel and when I received my bagel that didn’t have cream cheese in it! I came back in and told the woman working there that my bagel didn’t have cream cheese. She said that didn’t does come with and was extremely rude about it. (Mind you she never gave me the option of cream cheese when I was placing my order or else I would’ve told her to add cream cheese in my bagel) anywho was charged me 75 cents for a side of cream cheese and was not apologetic about it. Instead she keep persisting that I should have asked for cream cheese, SERIOUSLY?!?! Who comes to bagel shop to get a bagel sandwich with out cream cheese ! & they burnt my bagel btw!! Horrible customer service! First and last...

The BLT was very salty and the lox only came with onion and nothing else, would have been much better with at least capers and perhaps cucumbers. It’s sad to say that Noah’s, a chain, isn’t in Rohnert Park and is way better then this...
