Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Rohnert Park

I like Ross. I came to this location at about 4PM on a weekday. I was greeted by the friendly Loss Prevention employee, consistent with other reviews. That was a nice way to start off the visit.

Parking - Very convenient. This seems to be the anchor store of a strip mall, so parking is not an issue. Be careful entering and exiting spots though, people tend to drive a bit quick through here, as the lot is so large.

Selection - The selection was consistent with other Ross stores. They had a lot of different styles in the various sizes and types.

This location is a bit disorganized. It seems like they only had a couple people on the floor, and they didn't interact much with customers. I was trying to find Size 9 shoes, and ended up going by looks instead of the section on the wall for sizes.

Overall, this Ross is slightly below-average for stores of this chain. I found the store slightly disorganized, and the staff a bit distracted.

I personally come to Ross for the prices. I don't expect a personal shopping assistant, free bottled water, or a shoe-shining platform when I come here. I want to dive through the piles of cheap stuff to find...

i was recently here a day or 2 after my mom had ankle surgery as she was looking for something she could wear over her splint. i stopped at the door and got her knee scooter so she could get around in the store. when she was done with paying i was parked so i pulled up to get her. not only did she nearly fall trying to get through the non handy cap doors. but the loss prevention person walked by twice and a regular employee walked by as well. NO ONE ASKED IF SHE NEEDED HELP! 3 people minimum saw her on her knee scooter and no one asked to see if she wanted/needed help. we arnt shopping here again and if you or a loved one is temporarily/permanently disabled, i suggest...

Loss prevention guy is aways welcoming and friendly! The other employees can come off as rude sometimes. Even had one employee lecture me at the register on how to not use a specific word I mentioned to my husband because she got offended, even though I wasn’t talking to her. The store is decent. Has a bit of everything you need. I did find that some of the same clothing’s were marked differently price wise. A pair of blue MEDIUM sweat pants was “reduced” to $5.99 while the same pair of blue sweat pants in a size LARGE was marked full price at $7.99. Same with some jeans I...
